Dr. Stephen Weiss, MD

I was made to see Dr. Weiss per the insurance claim specialist from Cincinnati Insurance for worker’s comp. Dr. Weiss was late, disorganized, unprofessional, and had terrible bedside manners. He frequently was misspeaking when dictating his notes I had to keep correcting him and even then he still got it wrong. No eye contact was made, nor did he ask me any questions about my case. He hardly examined me, but when he did touch my knee he pressed down so hard that I about kick my leg up after that he asked me to get up and walk then said okay you can leave. He has caused even more swelling in my knee. I let the claims specialist know about his behavior and disorganization, but she did not seem to care. Insurance companies I think pick him because they know he will go in their favor, is he even still board-certified? If you are referred to use him demand to see a different doctor, I wish I had looked him up before going. Now I have to fight this worker's comp claim.

Only gave 1 star because there were no "negative stars" available. My husband was "required" to have a physical review by Dr. Weiss because he was injured on the job. What an arrogant, rude human being. He has forgotten his hippocratic oath to "do no harm". He required yes or no answers only. My husband left the evaluation in extreme pain due to Dr. Weiss tugging and pulling on his neck, which has a large extradural defect in C5-6 joints which requires surgery. BEWARE!

No way! His bedside manner is like that of a hungry pit bull. He is very detached from the patient and makes very little eye contact. My work comp., Liberty Mutual, ordered an IME completed by him so I had no but to go to him. His office will speak for itself! No other patients...ghost town!
