Dismissive
It took two weeks to get in to see Dr. White and I felt completely dismissed on the very short visit. I was told nothing could be done and it was unfortunate I lived here where there are many allergens. I've had sinus inflammation for months. A big waste of my money and time.

My 8-year old son has been seeing Dr. White since he was 12 months old. I recently had to change insurance to a more reasonably priced one (HMO). Before doing so I checked with my insurance provider to make sure his PCP, and others were all in-network, and confirmed that they were. I understood that I would have to get referrals, but at least he could get care. Fast forward to this past Friday where Dr White's office informed me that they wouldn't be able to see my son due to the change (they do not accept referrals). They tried to veil their response as 'we're not refusing care, we just can't accept that insurance', which in America is the same thing. I tried to inquire further with the office manager Stacy as to why they would have this policy. I assume I know why. Because the administrative cost eats into profits. She then said, that this was a doctor owned practice so the reasoning was not shared with her. I guess for Dr White it's not 'First do no Harm'. It's 'Get cash'

I felt rushed and dismissed during my brief time with Dr. White. I've been dealing with congestion for a long period of time and asked him about allergies but he didn't even follow up with that or ask any questions. I felt ignored. He also suggested "labs" but didn't bother writing down any specifics and left confusing instructions on who I was supposed to call and what I was supposed to schedule. On top of that, his office staff overcharged me and refused to listen when I tried to explain my benefits. My insurance later called to verify that I was correct, and I'm still waiting on a refund. The fact that they also make you pay before you even see a doctor is shady and bad practice. Everyone there was brusque and unhelpful. Won't be returning.

I agree with the folks who say he is very dismissive and not interested in diagnosing the the condition. He didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. He told me he couldn’t do anything else for me. I don’t know how he ever got a license. All he cares about is taking your money!

Like others have said, Dr. White is dismissive and unapologetic. He does not take your concerns seriously and is not thorough or motivated to find a cure to your pain. He’ll only suggest treatments to charge more money and in the end you’ll still be in pain. Find a doctor who knows what empathy is.

I could not be more pleased with Dr. White. He discovered a nodule on my thyroid and conducted a pain-free biopsy. he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and spent the necessary time to ensure I understood the problem and the processes. I highly recommend Dr. White.

Saw Dr White last year. I had a constant cough I couldn't get rid of. Dr White found nothing wrong and basically gave me nosespray. Finally PCP did an ultrasound and found 4 nodules on my thyroid. Why, Dr White didn't think to do this is beyond me considering he knew my mother had thyroid cancer. He's the one that biopsied it. He couldn't biopsy mine though because they were solid. I'm very happy with the new ENT. I wouldn't see White again due to his inefficiency to diagnose the issue.

Dr. White is rude, dismissive, and extremely inappropriate. He made very inappropriate jokes to an elderly patient and basically said her complaints were stupid and he would not make a follow up appointment for her. Absolutely No reccomendation!!!

My experience is with the waiting room. For a Dr. who specializes in Hearing, I would have thought it would have been quite, this is not even close ! (Cement floors), sound bounces all over Especially with the kids that they see, even the office staff closes off there window from the waiting room! I never go back to this place.

I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr.White the same day I called which was a huge relief. I have been experiencing itchy ears that was causing pain an discomfort for a few weeks and my primary care physician hadn't been able to get the problem resolved. Dr. White was able to properly diagnose my problem and I haven't had any further issues. His office staff from the front desk to the Medical assistants in the back were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. White!
