Absolute best pain management doctor
Dr. Lee is THE BEST pain management doctor!! If you want to see a very talented, compassionate, intelligent doctor who really cares about his patient's well being and will do everything within his power to make your life pain free, this is the doctor for you. Dr. Lee is very caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I have had different treatment options with Dr. Lee and I'm happy with all the outcomes. I've had injections and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in my back, neck, and both knees and I've had great outcomes each time. I am so happy I found a WONDERFUL and CARING doctor!! Thanks, Dr. Lee, for helping me!!His PA-C, Courtney Coyle, is compassionate, helpful and super sweet. She truly hears what you say when you talk to her. The staff is very helpful and pleasant to interact with. They always return my calls and answer text messages in a timely manner. I absolutely adore and appreciate Dr. Lee, Courtney and the staff at Liberty Interventional Pain.

Take him with a grain of salt
He is very arrogant, he says he cares but proof is in the pudding. He consistently overbooks, so be ready to wait 2 to 3 hrs to see him, or his PA. If you complain he will loose his temper and everything becomes your fault so he will discharge you because you have a bad attitude. I would never recommend him to see my dog!

The Best Dr for dealing with pain.
Dr Lee has become my favorite doctor bc he is patient, empathetic and does not rush you into expensive, difficult treatments. He takes his time to not just know your case, but you and what you are dealing with. Living with chronic neck pain from 3 major neck surgeries is a day to day ordeal for me. But I do live on pain pills bc he treats the pain with nerve blocks, or ablations, etc. He is quite different from the other doctors I have gone to over the years seeking relief, without pills. Anyway, he is worth any wait in office to see him, but usually is not long. Highly recommend him! He has given me some of my life back.

I found Dr Lee after my previous Dr was reprimanded by the LA medical board. I hated to get set up with a new Dr after 15 years but i had no choice. Someone told me about Dr Lee (in Denham Springs at that time) so i made appointment. I'm happy i did because he took time to understand my long and complicated history. It's too bad he's no longer available locally. It's too far to go to Metairie to his new office. I will miss him after about 6 years of caring for me. Thank you Dr Lee.

Terrible listener
I came to him stable from my Tailbone removal pain after years of procedures and medication experimentation. He insisted on changing my stable routine and caused me a roller coaster of issues. He insisted he knew what was best for me and pushed a spine stimulator. It seemed when I asked questions about things he just wanted to ignore me and do whatever he thought was better. It was a frustrating experience. I saw my file, and he made stuff up that I never said. This guy is a terrible listener and a little arrogant.

He took me off my pain med and gave me a patch that you can’t get wet but was supposed to last a week but it started to dissolve with my first bath! He left me no choice but to find another doctor.

seems the good DR Lee does not have the patien'ts
The thing that stood out was the fact that all he wanted to do was install a stimulator . I am sick of hearing about a stimulator when I require a revision to my last surgery. It was not a telemed visit.

Top Pain Management Physician
Ever since I started with Dr. Lee, he has been patient, professional, & knowledgeable regarding my condition. I was so nervous at first. He didn’t give up on me tho. The treatments he has prescribed turned out to be a game changer for me. A whole new approach to allow me to be pain free (or as close to being pain free as I ever had!) so I can participate in life (loving my grandchildren & getting to be with family). Now my medication has been changed(I believe 2yrs. ago) I’m not constantly looking at the clock to check when my next med is due. Sometimes I forget to take it after the 1st dose in the morning because I actually feel good. Now I only medicate two times a day instead of 6-8 X’s. Then if any break thru pain, he helped me with that. I’ve had countless dental procedures & they have helped me along with that. A very kind & caring staff! I also love the PA’s, Courtney & Ashley. I am so thankful he is a member of my team of doctors who treat me! Sincerely, Angela G

To Deborah Houston-Howard sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, Dr.Lee can't please everyone at first it was told to the public if you've already had COVID you were immune to the virus only later did they come back and say we don't know one way or the other. I think it's awful to get on here and talk about Dr.Lee putting lives in danger. Instead, what we all should be doing in these difficult times is praying for one another. I've come to know and respect Dr.Lee he wouldn't put anyone's life in danger. Dr.Lee is one of the best pain management Doctors in Louisiana. If you're in pain go see Dr.Lee he will help you. He doesn't just prescribe you medicine and send you on your way. God Bless Everyone. PS Sorry for my grammar.

Well until today we have always loved Dr. Lee and his staff. Today changed that. As of 7/8/20 there is still no solid proof of any immunity to Covid-19. When we were called to confirm our appt for today, I asked IMPLICITLY, if EVERY body would be wearing a mask because if not we would not be confirming. Last time there masks were "optional". So EVERY body had a mask except one. That would be Dr. Lee himself. His excuse is he somehow is magically immune because he had it a couple of months ago. THIS IS NOT PROVEN by the CDC, nor the WHO. As of yesterday Dr. Fauci, an epidemiologist said there was no clear determination as to how long, there is immunity, if at all. I feel that Dr. Lee has now put my life at risk. My husband wore his mask, why is it so difficult for you Dr. Lee? He protected you and you disrespected him and his family. Sad really good doctors are hard to find. I guess we were wrong.
