From the minute I walked into the office, I was greeted by rude staff. The receptionist on the phone told the party on the line that she would call them back after she "got rid of this patient". I waited 2 hours in waiting room and 45 min in exam room before I saw the Dr. I even opened the exam room door and called out to see if anyone knew I was there. No answer. I called the office many times with questions about the procedure I had. NO answer ever. Solution-changed to a great Dr in Eden Hill
