I had high hopes for Dr. Diamond but his nurse has left us with no help and them wide open to a lawsuit. My husband's initial visit went well, Dr. scheduled an MRI. We received a large bill from the initial visit. We paid it. MRI had to be rescheduled because the nurse didn't fill out the paperwork in time. Insurance denied the MRI. We called...and called...and called... for WEEKS we called Dr. Diamond's office with no callback. Only messages left with the front office. At one point I was begging and crying for them to call my husband back. He is in so much pain and all we needed was advice from Dr. Diamond's office (his nurse) about what to do. Our next appointment with Dr. Diamond was supposed to be for the followup of the MRI which never happened, and the nurse nor Dr. Diamond ever called us back. 2 months that went on. We just wanted them to call us back to let us know what we were supposed to do. They could have called the insurance company, they could have called us and told us w

Exceptional healthcare and genuine concern for his patients' well-being, Dr. Diamond is a superior diagnostician and highly knowledgeable practitioner. I would recommend him without reservation. He has been my primary physician for 30 years and I could not be happier with his care!

He is very condescending and does not listen to concerns I had. The last time he didn't listen to me was when I was having severe pain, and he told me it was just a bladder infection. I ended up finding out from another doctor that I had kidney stones! That was the last mistake I allowed him to make with my health care decisions. He does not know women's health either.

Rockford got very lucky when Dr. Diamond opened his practice here, I spent most my life in Boston, receiving care from Harvard affiliated physicians & hospitals, it is hard to find a doctor outside of Boston that can compare to them. I found it in Dr. Diamond. He is attentive, caring, fun & loves delving into medical mysteries. I trust him completely and would recommend him to friends and family but I don't want to share; he's my doctor. His staff, Michelle, Jill & Denise are lively & skilled.
