Friendly, Professional, Not Hurried
The thing I like best about Dr. Diener is how much time he spends with you. My annual physicals typically last 20-25 minutes. He asks all the right questions, and is not rushed. He makes good eye contact and he listens to you. He's very knowledgeable, easygoing, and thorough. Last visit, I joked with him about how it takes so long to finally find a good doctor, and how I hope he's not planning to retire any time soon. He said I don't have to worry about that. With so many doctors these days sending in their physician's assistants to conduct exams, it's comforting to find an old-school good guy like Dr. Diener.

I was very impressed with the new office location and the cleanliness of the office. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Dr. Diener was very concerned and helpful when I told him my reason for the appointment. I have been his patient for well over ten years and have always found him to be most caring and thoughtful. He is a rare gem of a doctor committed to his patients and his profession. Dr. Diener and his staff are professionally compliant with COVID-19 guidelines and enforcement of such.

He saved my life 33 years ago. Best Dr. I know. Great personality and always takes the time to listen and help, no matter how busy He is. He is not only a good doctor but a good friend.

The low-IQ gatekeeper wouldn’t allow my father to enter the office for his appointment because he lost his mask in the storm outside. She wouldn’t offer him one so he could keep his appointment either! I produced a DIRTY, USED mask from my purse and said very loudly, “Here, Dad, use this DIRTY one.” I wanted them to get the point. The fact that the gatekeeper found it acceptable for my father put on a dirty, used mask to enter the office shows what a low IQ she has. Diener needs to explain science, common sense and decency to his staff.

Dr. Diener is a caring physician, I trust his opinion above all other doctors. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Yes he does always run late, which is a problem especially if you work, but he never short changes your time if you have an issue. He listens and you feel he cares about you as a person.

I have been seeing Dr Diener for several years. He is caring, listens carefully and answers all my questions. He refers me to a specialist when appropriate. He takes a genuine interest in getting to know his patients.

He is a good and caring physician. I have two issues with this practice. He usually runs late and expect to see him about 1 hour after your scheduled appointment. Also he practices defensive medicine to the max. Expect to be referred out to a specialist for things many other practitioners handle themselves.

I have been seeing Dr Diener for many years now, but today was the end. It isn't for any other reason but the wait time in his office. Every time I have an appointment, I end up waiting more than 40 minutes or more.
