He has made several mistakes with me as far as medicine is concerned. I had seizures from medicine and it took me months to get it changed. He doesn't always hear what I'm saying. I told him something very important once and he just laughed at me.

he seems to have forgotten he works with the mentally ill and treats them like they are just easily discarded and don't matter. he has not been a good doctor to work with and we've switched providers because of him.

I think Dr. Diez is very smart and really listens to concerns about medication side effects. He also listens well when it comes to symptoms, and sometimes provides other ways of dealing with symptoms in addition to medication. Overall, he is very trustworthy, patient and treats people with kindness and respect.
