Needed true help from the nurses concerning meds I needed for my sons life. They wouldnt discuss the matter with dr.etherton, saying I had to make an appointment. I needed help asap. They direguarded my needs and my son had to go without his meds. Went to the practice for appointment. Only to find out etherton took the nurses word about the situation and dropped my son. We were supposed to have had thirty days, but he refused to see my son. Meds that are vital have to wait until I find a Dr

I have had bad experiences with doctors and doctor's offices where I am from, so had a lot of nervousness having to go to a new one. I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit. Dr. Etherton was very nice, professional, and very knowledeable. He actually listened to me and made me feel like he cared about my well being. His staff was friendly and amazing as well and worked with me on getting in sooner due to an immediate issue. I am very glad I chose to call this doctor.
