Was awful. He had no respect and called me fat. Wouldn't listen to anything I said. Just mocked me because I don't know medical words.

The office manager and the MA are rude and unprofessional. They routinely gossip loudly about patients, using pejorative language, that can be heard throughout the entire waiting room. The office manager acted like a petulant 6 year old throwing a temper tantrum when I politely declined to give her personal information not related to treatment. When I was checking out she was rude, snippy, and condescending when asking simple, straightforward questions. I would not recommend dealing with this facility even if it were your last choice.

Jeri, the office manager is a horrible person. Threatening collections on $30 during Covid and the bill is only 2 months old. Because of his inability to diagnose me supported by his inept staff I have several thousands dollars in doctor bills. I went to a Mayo pulminologist who diagnosed me within a couple days!

I was a patient of Dr. Farber's for approximately 8-10 years. He successfully treated my Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and kept me alive and breathing for well past the 5 year mortality rate linked to this disease. Eventually, he told me I was beyond further treatment and I would require a lung transplant or become a statistic. He told me he could do no more for me. He took the time to explain that he had reached his limitations. I am alive today because of his expertise.

Dr. Farber is very busy. Too busy, in fact. His office staff sits around gossiping instead of managing patient expectations of their wait time. It's not uncommon to wait 1-2 hours past your appointment time to be seen for 5 minutes by the doctor. Totally unacceptable for someone who has a job like mine. Maybe the office staff could make a call letting patients know the schedule is backed up and the doctor is behind so they don't come in and waste time.

I met Dr. Faber, in Mesa Hospital as he came in just to check me out for the hospital. I liked him very much. The hospital recommended that I see a Pulmonary doctor and so I called his office and set up an appointment. He does not beat around the bush; explains everything to were you will understand it which I like about him the most.
