Cancelled my appt and never told me
Tell me why I had to take myself to this very large medical building to be told my appointment had been canceled. I was told  when I booked my appointment with the call center that I would meet with Dr. Steven Feldman at 10am on May 6th then I would meet with an  Audiologist for a consultation with a Dr..Keller. When I arrived I was told that Dr. Keller was not even in the office that day.  I  had previously provided all the necessary medical insurance information to this office by email. If this appointment was canceled why was I not notified by email before I showed up. I received many emails that verified my appointment but no cancellation emails. I am 76 years old and in this day of so many restrictions with the Covid infection swirling around I find this lack of communication very disturbing. West Med Medical Group is a very large corporation  with so many Doctors at this facility 500 West Putnam Avenue which makes it very hard for older patients to navigate. Disgusting.

This Dr. is one of the most rude people I have ever come across. The way he speaks to people is truly disheartening. He is overtly condescending and speaks to people that work for him like they are beneath him. And it’s not the first time. What good is being a good Dr if you have no respect for the team that’s supports you.

I was referred to Dr. Feldman by my GP as I had a problem with earwax blockage in my right year. I tried over-the-counter drops to try and treat the problem but had no luck. Dr. Feldman was able to remove the wax quickly and painlessly. He was very gentle and took great care when removing the wax. I highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Feldman is a wonderful doctor. I waited only a few minutes to see him. He has a very pleasant--even happy--demeanor. He gave me a thorough examination and alleviated my concerns. He called in a prescription and also recommended a specific OTC nasal spray. I was very pleased with this doctor. I have already recommended him to members of my family and friends. I am so thrilled that I have found an ENT specialist who is great and also located near my home.
