I've been to Dr. Freedman four times during the past ten tears and he is excellent to deal with. Takes the time to explain things well and is extremely professional with his work.

When I went to go see him, he spent barely any time with me, stated that in the test results he performed that it was clear I had hearing loss in the ear drum that had just ruptured 4 days before the visit. He then proceeded to tell me to go to a dentist for the pain and hearing loss. I can’t make this up. Rushed me out of his office without giving me a date to come back. I was dumbfounded, and now I am going to an actual ENT as I am still without hearing and experiencing more ear infections.

Terrible experience! Saw him twice and he would barely acknowledge me. Diagnosed me without any testing and then that diagnosis was ruled out by several other doctors who actually made the effort to do blood work and examine my case. Dr. Freedman said the only thing he could possibly do was "treat the symptoms". Sad and lazy. Beware, do not see this doctor if you actually have a problem that needs a little effort to diagnose. Another doctor who seems so sick of his job that he doesn't even try.
