Best MD I've EVER had
Dr Goldstein has literally kept me alive and well with a chronic condition since 2007. He's 'wicked' smart and can solve virtually any problem before him. He is an Internal Medicine MD specializing in Diseases. As my primary physician, he helps coordinate the best care eith the best physicians and is well respected by his peers. Anticipate a longer than normal wait time for appointments BECAUSE he treats each client like his most important patient. His patients understand that sometimes you wait for the best physicians. Dr Goldstein is one of a kind and I consider him THE BEST physician I've had in my 62 years. I'm fortunate to have him as my physician and he's fortunate to have such a great patient.Andrew Janes

I don't know!
I love Dr. Goldstein. He is a very brilliant man who knows his stuff!!!! But he is so busy and runs in and out when I have not even finished with what I need. The staff has a very hard time getting referrals out. Medicines are often omitted when you go in for a visit. They need to get with it and take better care of the business aspect of things!! Many complain about office stuff. They do seem to do a tad bit better lately. Hard to get an appt. when needed. The doctors in there are all good doctors.

Not my dr
I take my brother in law to him all the time. I care for him as he is unable to care for himself. Goldstein is always telling me that I need to do this and that for my own health! Excuse me, you're not my dr! Stop asking me if I have been vaccinated yet and telling me what I need to do for my own health care needs.

Most Terrible Doctor!
Dr Steven Goldstein is the most arrogant man I’ve ever met! After recommending an OB/GYNECOLOGIST who gave me an incurable bladder disease called “Interstial Cystitis” and made me INFERTILE! He visited me in Nortons hospital saying I had “ Pelvic Inflammatory Disease” from “ sleeping around!” I was in pain and was so disgusted by his behavior I never went back! Plus, he “ lost” my records ( I was his only patient that i happened to!) until they miraculously showed up after I moved out of state! He’s disgusting! Not a compassionate Dr at all! Should be fired!

Great Doctor / Horrible Wait Times
On the one hand, Dr. Goldstein is a good doctor with years of experience treating patients with HIV - he truly cares about his patients and spends time with them as needed. On the other hand, as a result his later in the day appointments run seriously behind which is a huge issue for people with appointments later in the day. Also, his bedside manner leaves something to be desired - as he is quite direct with his patients. If you are not ready for that or receptive to that kind of communication you will not be happy with him as your physician.

Walked out of the facility today. Will not return. Most egregious behavior in chronological order. Feb 2021. Appointment at noon. Arrived early. Seated in the exam room by 12:05. At 1:15 no one had informed me he'd be late, he was tied up, or would show at some point. I sat for 70 minutes. I left. Dec 2020. Needed my medical records for a new Life Ins policy. This facility made it impossible to retrieve them. Took me two months, multiple emails and phone calls and a lot of bad direction from the staff. Oct 19. My father was a 93YO patient with a chronic debilitating illness. Dad called me in my office to get him to the ER at 9:00 AM. ER staff tried getting an admission order and medication order from Goldstein for hours. Finally got it at around 5 or 6 PM. Dad died later that night after being in the ER with no pain management for hours. Summer 19. Sat in the lobby of this clinic for an hour. Left. He may understand medicine, but neither he, nor Norton, understand people.

Waste of time..after waiting for two hours for my appointment Goldstein diagnosed me based apon his opinion. No exam or any thing..when I ask why I couldn't even get a MRI he said I was not a candidate..I went to different Dr and was promptly given a Mri and found torn muscle. I was sent to orthopedic and scheduled surgery. I wouldn't trust Goldstein with a gold fish.

My experience with Dr Goldstein has been positive. He always asks about my life as well as why I'm there. He can be intense, because he honestly cares about his patients. He was the first doctor, after years of searching, who believed I have fibromyalgia. There are still doctors out there who refuse to treat, or even believe fibromyalgia is real. As far as I'm concerned he rocks.

He is terrible!!!! He doesn't listen; leaves the patient after 20 minutes and goes to another room without telling you he is finished; he is distracted; you have to wait 45-120 minutes to see him. His staff told me he has ADDHD. He is the worst doctor I ever went to.

If I could give him no stars, I most certainly would. I am an RN, CCM and have practiced for 25+ years in multi specialties so I am very well accustomed to working/communicating with difficult physicians but my one visit with him will be my one and only!! He is the rudest, most arrogant person and has the worst God Complex of any physician I have EVER encountered and my $300+ office visit was a total waste. If you have loved ones that are ill and you truly care about them, please avoid him!

He was constantly distracted, juggling multiple patients, his nursing staff, and his cell phone, which rang constantly. He also misplaced test results, supposedly left them at home, and requested the tests be run again. Unprepared for appointment with patient is my usual experience.
