I had been with my gastroenterologist for 25 yrs. Who definitely wasn’t listening to me after gallbladder,Belly hernia surgery and have bad pain and bloating that I have to wear maternity clothes.Dr. Gorcey on my first visit Listened and their was alot and fully examined my upper gastric area and stomach listened to bowel sounds. Ordered tests immediately that I NEVER got with other Dr. and I was going to bathroom everytime I ate. After 8 months of this pain,nausea and bloating he gave me Natural Enzymes to take and I love that NOT MEDS and immediately saw results with only one bowel movement a day.I highly recommend Dr. Gorcey he is friendly and kind. And god bless him for being a one man show in this field. Sooo Nice to have your Dr actually know you and not get pushed to many PA’S and his office staff is lovely and most of all they answer the phone and call you back. His office is so welcoming and so clean. I cannot believe what he has done in one visit.

After having had diverticulitis episodes for15 years, and two G.I. practices later, I knew I needed a doctor who could help figure out my daily struggles rather than medicate the symptoms. Dr. Gorcey looked at all of my scans and said we can fix you. He instantly consulted with a surgeon and they decided that surgery was best for me. I am now three weeks post surgery and feeling great. It’s still unbelievable that it only took 1 appointment with Dr. Gorcey for me to feel his care and concern for my wellbeing. My only regret is that I did not switch doctors sooner.

Excellent from office personal to procedure

Dr Gorcey is one of the best doctors I ever had and have.. He kept both my folks with me for years they didn’t have! Doctor is kind honest thoughtful. And takes his time with his parishes to make sure all his s addressed. It’s a privilege and honor to have him as my doctor and friend!

Dr. Gorcey has seen me several times for a very oddball issue I was having and assured me as a new patient, there is no such thing as a dumb question and was more than willing to work alongside of me with providing insight and with whatever imaging and procedures he felt I could benefit from given my circumstances. This is the kind of doctor you want on your team.

I have been suffering from a swallowing issue for more than 20 years. I have been to many doctors in several states and Dr. Gorcey was the only one who was able to improve my situation with a very easy treatment .He has improved my quality of life.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Gorcey and to his kind, friendly staff. I suffer from a set of conditions that isn't seen everyday, and required an expert to diagnose and treat it effectively. Before changing to Dr. Gorcey, my condition had degraded severely, I couldn't eat much at all, and I was suffering malnutrition and dehydration. I walked with a cane. I was in a very bad way, and getting worse. Almost immediately after my first visit, following my new treatment plan, everything turned around for me. I stopped vomiting daily (stopped completely), I was able to eat again, and my quality of life has been steadily improving ever since. He also diagnosed 2 additional conditions I was previously unaware of, which need future monitoring, despite a recent endoscopy with my prior specialist, who missed these conditions. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, and I’ve see a lot. Very smart and pragmatic. He removed a neuroendocrine tumor. He’s extremely thorough and takes plenty a time with you. Highly recommended!

Dr. Gorcey is an amazing person. Not only on the medical side, but as a human being. He is not only caring and attentive to your needs, he goes out of his way to help, to please, to reassure, and to provide whatever assistance you need, WHEN you need it,..with a pleasant and friendly attitude, and with genuine concern. He takes your problem seriously and is always available to respond to the matter at hand. His staff is equally friendly and helpful. Most often, doctors have no bedside manner, or have a rude staff, or are hard to get through to (usually all 3). With Dr. Gorcey, it’s the opposite. He is such a source of comfort I thank Gd for bringing him into my son’s life.

I have Dr. Gorcey do my colonoscopy for the past 7 years, and I have a very good experience with him. He cares about his patients and tries to understand the whole situation around the patient. As an physician it is not easy to look at a patient as a whole instead of a piece of human body. The reason I did not give him a 5 star rating is that his operation has just stated and needs a lot of improvement in helping the patients. The office operation is a bit of off in that providing adequate information or assistance in helping patients understand the procedures they will be going through, a little inpatient. But, overall it is still very good and I am happy with Dr. Gorcey and his staff.

I was experiencing elevated liver enzymes. Without going into detail Dr. Gorcey treated me like a whole person and helped me resolve the issue through lifestyle changes. Great experience

Our family has been seeing Dr. Gorcey since about 1995, he has always been friendly, caring, thorough and very helpful in his office visits. We have been so pleased with his expertise, my son and daughter in law see him as well. We are so very happy he has returned to practice.

Dr. Gorcey is a top notch gastroenterologist. He is kind, caring, compassionate and dedicated to his patients. He will take extra time to make you comfortable and explains all procedures clearly to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on new medications and procedures. He is a great doctor for complex cases and takes the extra time to listen to his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gorcey is excellent at addressing my concerns. He has a great analytical mind when it comes to diagnosing symptoms along with a fun personality.
