Dr. Steven Green, DDS

No problems with Dr Green or the actual treatment. His staff is unprofessional and they dont’t follow through when they tell you they are going to do something. They accused me of not providing my insurance information because there was no “note”in the system that I had called although all of the insurance information was updated in their system. They had failed to verify it prior to my appointment so they werenteying to pass along the blame to me. Then, they filed the claim incorrectly and acted like it was my fault. But, at that point, the office had been paid by insurance and me, so I guess they felt they had no incentive to provide me customer service. Will not be recommending this office to anyone.

The office staff are kind and helpful. Dr. Green is easy to talk with, caring and explains things in terms I can easily understand. He doesn't mind questions and does not want you to hesitate to come in if not feeling well.

Dr. Green has been treating me for a while. However, once I made the decision, I compared the costs of Dr. Green's and other providers' similar services. I discovered that Dr. Greeb was quite expensive, therefore I switched to another DDS. In a different location, I discovered superior services and a friendlier atmosphere at the front desk.

I am not here to do your job for you as an eighteen year old with an unfinished high school education. But I do have an intimate knowledge of something you seem to disregard. I am a woman with severe, diagnosed anxiety, much of it specifically related to medical scenarios. I am a woman who has been treated like a child or hysterical for having mental illness. This traumatic experience I had under Dr. Green’s care will be added to a long backlog of others that left me feeling broken, stupid, and in deep deep pain. I suggest that you talk to your patients and ask them what would be most helpful for them at the time. Take the time out of your busy day to sit down with them. Make them laugh. Make them feel human. If they panic, give them time. Talk to them, not about them. Give them the chance to be strong before assuming they’re another hopeless case for you to recklessly plow through. Read up on trauma awareness. Do the work so that your patients need not suffer. Best wishes.
