My wife and I have both seen Dr. Leckie. My wife was told she didn't need any surgery or a cortisone shot. She need to get PT and he was correct. I needed a discectomy on L5 S1. He actually told me to wait a month to see if my condition improved from the last cortisone shot and maybe not need any surgery. Unfortunately I needed surgery. He was excellent and truthful with every question I ask. He told me he couldn't guarantee the nerve damage would heal. It could take up to a year to find out. He gave me 100% of his attention while his assistant took notes. I had the surgery in Feb of 2020. The surgery went well. He again answered my questions before and after my surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr Leckie.

Doctor Leckie took good care of my dad at a time of crisis. He had back surgery years ago in Boston and needed a re-do. Everything went well and he's doing better.

I had a ACDF on Sept 20..I had a large herniation at c6-7,and had severe left shoulder pain and numbness down my entire left arm.Immediately following surgery, the pain in the shoulder was completely gone, along with the numbness. It is only 4 weeks post op,and I'm feeling great.Dr Leckie is a wonderful surgeon, and I highly recommend him..

I got multiple opinions and ultimately went with Dr. Leckie. Physical therapy wasn't working. I needed a neck fusion. Surgery went great and now my arm pain is gone!

Dr. Leckie treated me for severe back and leg pain, at first conservatively and then surgically in March 2017. He performed a laminectomy at L3-4, an L3-S1 fusion and placed "lateral interbodies" within the discs at L3-4 and L4-5 to help correct my posture. My leg pain ceased immediately and at 13 weeks post-op my back pain has been reduced significantly with more reduction expected over time. He is an excellent surgeon who spends time explaining procedures and discussing expectations. The best!

I was very impressed with Dr. Leckie. He walked me through my options and took plenty of time to answer questions. Surgery went great and I continue to feel good. Very professional. He gave me my life back, I'll always be grateful. I would recommend him to anyone.

The doctor was hostile towards my wife for asking basic questions about her condition and treatment. His bedside demeanor is terrible. I cannot speak to the quality of his work because we will be going to a doctor that has the time and willingness to explain why he wants to perform surgery, rather than churning his patients for money. PATHETIC.
