Total Jerk
I'm very fearful of dental procedures. This dentist was impatient and treated me as though I was lying when I felt pain. He threw his instruments down and stormed out saying "she's not gonna let us do this". I am never going back and I'm terrified now more than ever. So now I have 2 out of 6 teeth fragments left in my mouth. Don't go to this guy. He shouldn't be treating patients that are fearful. Maybe he shouldn't be treating anyone at all.

I was very impressed with my visit today. My hygienist did a very good job of cleaning my teeth. I was advised by two dentists about a better option for a replacing a missing tooth than an implant. The implant would cost more and would probably not be as effective as a new form of bridge.

He was great despite the fact that he didn’t spend much time and didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns.

I was able to see a dentist the same day I called with a minor issue (a sharp edge on a chipped crown), but one that needed attention quickly. The front desk receptionist was friendly, helpful and attentive. When I was attended by a dentist and his assistant, the procedure went quickly and smoothly.

I was treated like complete crap by the doctor . He came in and numbed me and waited 40 minutes the dental assistant try to get his attention to come take my tooth out three times when he finally came back he refused to take my tooth out and was very rude about it needless to say I left in tears and will not be back!

The Doc is awesome, friendly and gentle. The staff lady in the office and a few of the receptions are nasty and need some professional training on customer service instead of threatening with no being able to be seen. I give 5 stars to Doc but to the others maybe 2.
