Dr. Mazlin seems knowledgeable about Parkinson's and is pleasant, but not aggressive in seeking effective treatments. He is unaware of and disinterested in ongoing clinical trials. He is also a blatant ageist, fairly giving up on an elderly patient who should be "glad to be alive." The office is repeatedly incompetent in processing insurance paperwork for medications, necessitating multiple phone calls.

The doctor is very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Unfortunately, some of the office staff have an unprofessional attitude problem and lack flexibility, making dealing with the office burdensome.
