I went to immediate care for a sinus infection that was spreading to my lungs and was seen by Dr. McNally. I have lupus and am on very strong medications to keep it controlled. He was the first immediate care physician to EVER acknowledge the possibility of adrenal insufficiency, and be overly cautious of my immunosuppression. He was so thorough.

While visiting the area with the intent to move here, I needed medical treatment. I was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. McNally when I went Providence Immediate Care due to extreme ongoing back pain. He asked pertinent questions, gave a very thorough exam, explained the basis for his diagnosis, and what could be expected from each step in the treatment plan. All of this without being condescending. I feel very confident in his diagnosis. Especially as it aligned with a previously diagnosed condition (that had never caused serious pain before) of which he was unaware, because it never occurred to me to mention it. He was very personable and is prescribed treatment plan is sensible, reasonable, and doable. As soon as I have permanently relocated, I plan to choose him as my primary care physician if he is accepting new patients.

I came into immediate care with a really scary lung issue. He was kind, really listened, agreed that something definitely wasn't right, got to the bottom of it, prescribed medications that eventually fixed the infection/wheeze. I felt respected and reassured. I wish he could be my primary care doc.

I visited Dr. McNally in the emergency care at the Providence medical group. I went there for back pain and mild inflammation in my throat. He also agreed that the throat inflammation was mild after diagnosing and a negative strep test. He prescribed a solution for me to gargle which turned out to be an anesthesia. It made my mouth numb and uncomfortable than the very mild sore throat. Please stop overprescribing pain medications. I wanted to relieve myself of symptoms, not pain.

I saw Dr. McNally at the Providence Medical Group Scholls location. I came in for urgent care about my sore throat. Dr. McNally considered all the possibilities, I think he sent a good amount of time with me and went above and beyond making sure I received the treatment I needed.
