My account is far too long and there are security concerns. Perhaps you would just accept that this practice has had a long history of mismanaging my appointments and not providing assistance that I requested. The Quality of Service downturn occured after Covid and as far as I can tell, has continued to deteriorate. Please understand my opinion is subjective, but I will not tolerate any further, this office's terrible handling of my appointments and care requests.And for the record, readers should always discount 5-star 'love' reviews anyway as there's no such thing as perfect. 'Which' you will find out if you choose this one as your PCP.
