Dr. Steven Robertson, DDS

My 5 y/o implant failed several years ago and I visited 3 oral surgeons for advice. One was negative and stated, "this will always be a problem area". Another seemed somewhat disinterested and not patient friendly. Dr. Robertson was positive and spent time reviewing my case and answering all my detailed question. He did the extract, graft and new implant. His office recommended a prosthodontist who molded and installed the crown. I'm very happy with the results and credit Dr. Robertson for his skill and knowledge. It also makes a big difference to me when a medical/dental professional has a positive attitude like he does.

Dr Robertson and his team made the whole process of removing my son’s wisdom teeth easy. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like we were in the best hands!

Dr Robertson removed my tooth 3 days ago. It was painless. He even called to follow up to make sure that I was fine ! It was so nice of him . The office was so so clean and the staff were extremely friendly too ! I am so happy that I have him as my oral surgeon . ??????

Dr. Robertson removed my wisdom tooth a week ago and the procedure was NO pain at all! I cannot speak highly enough of him, the office staffs, and Liz- the dental assistant. They were all the best! I am also a breastfeeding mom and he assured me and explained everything to me. That the anesthesia and the meds are all safe for the baby. He also encouraged me to ask questions or if there’s something I want to discuss about before the procedure which I can’t think of any because he already explained everything. After the surgery, he even gave me a call to check on me and instructed me that if something came up to just call the office. My recovery went smooth as well. Again, THANK YOU Dr. Robertson for taking good care of me during my discomfort. Best visit to the dentist ever! I have been recommending him to my family and friends as well. ??

Dr. Robertson was a by-name recommendation from my dentist for a tooth extraction and implant procedure. The tooth needing extraction had deteriorated from a poorly executed crown I received from a military dentist 3 years ago. I was not interested in reliving the pain from my military "Guiney pig" experience, and Dr. Robertson didn't disappoint. He is a straight-shooter with a solid bedside manner and fully explains issues/options/procedures in an easy to understand manner. I will be returning for phase 2 of my implant procedure in another month and wouldn't agree to see anyone else due to my very positive extraction experience. Highly recommended!

Dr. Roberson extracted my daughter's wisdom teeth. He was great, the surgery was easy and trouble-free. He is an excellent oral surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Robertson was great. He patiently explained procedures and options for treatment then he accomplished the tooth extraction quickly with virtually no discomfort. Normally I don't write reviews, however Dr. Robertson deserves a good review. I strongly recommend Dr. Robertson.

My review is about their Billing Department which is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I was charged $400 fir an X-ray that was not covered by my insurance. I was never told that it was not going to be covered. The Billing manager sent me to Collections after a month and refused to answer my emails. She was rude and awful to work with. I have never met an office so horrible and unresponsive especially during a National crisis when people are unemployed. It’s disgusting! Avoid at all costs!!

Removed wisdom teeth from two of my kids, and practice's founder (now retired) removed mine and my oldest kid's. Amazingly efficient, clean, polite, thorough team at this practice, and Dr. Robertson is more than qualified. The procedure went smoothly and quickly, and recovery and follow up were top notch in patient care.

He was so kind! I was really nervous to get my wisdom teeth out, but he and the staff were so calming and very professional.

Had an urgent tooth extraction and implant due to a severe tooth break. Dr. Robertson and his staff took care of the situation in a quick, efficient, and relatively painless procedure. He explained the process and applicable options. Couldn't ask for a better fix for the horrible situation.

Dr. Robertson did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth extraction! I was extremely nervous to get it done because I’m in my mid 20’s and have heard that it can be more painful at this age. It was a breeze! I credit my speedy recovery with minimal pain and swelling to Dr. Robertson’s expertise. He also took the time to explain everything very well before the surgery and really helped calm my fears. 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr Robertson was great. I highly recommend him to anyone having a dental procedure. He removed a difficult wisdom tooth and I recovered with little pain and no swelling in about eight hours. Both his office and he personally called and asked how I was doing. No other doctor’s office or doctor has ever done that before. Do yourself a big favor and see him. His office is also very efficient.

Dr. Robertson extracted my son’s wisdom teeth. He and his entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is run like a well oiled machine. We were in and out in no time. Procedure went great and my son recovered fabulously.

He rocks! I had a meltdown about getting my wisdom teeth out and he was so friendly and kind he completely calmed me down! Getting your wisdom teeth out sucks but he made the experience less scary!

The entire staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Robertson informed me during every aspect what was going to take place and what to expect. Very exceptional person, seems more of a friend than your surgeon. Never felt more comfortable in a doctors office as I did at dr Robertson’s.

Dr. Robertson made the entire experience for getting an implant very comfortable and easy going. The detailed explanation before the surgery, while giving casual updates throughout the experience really made me feel good about everything. He is great at distracting you during the numbing with needles and his feedback reeks of experience. I will definitely recommend him for any type of oral surgery moving forward! He is a soccer fan too so that's always a plus too, especially during smalltalk

He was very friendly and professional. The whole staff was attentive and immediately put me at ease. Can't say I want more teeth pulled but would certainly recommend Dr. Robertson.
