Excellent medical care. Very friendly and welcoming doctor and staff. Highly recommended.

Dr Royall recommended that I buy 500. Dollar orthotic shoe inserts from him. In my opinion they are poor quality and don’t work. They are not covered by insurance (for obvious reasons), so I paid for out of pocket, and their office says no refunds.

He's worth every penny. Expert diagnostician, empathetic, and there's not a prohibitive wait time to see him.

Dr. Royal is truly the "Guru of All Feet". He has been my podiatrist for many years, and I am so pleased to have found such a great, outstanding specialist. Every visit is a pleasant, wonderful experience. My issues and needs are always addressed efficiently and meticulously; with friendly dialogue, superb knowledge, and helpful precise explanation. The appointments are never hurried through or rushed; and one leaves feeling like they have just met with a long time friend, while receiving the best of medical care. I am grateful for Dr. Royall.

I have seen Dr. Royall for my own feet issues. I have had pain for years and years and seen many doctors. After seeing Royall I have no pain. He helped me so much and walked me through each issue. He is very patient, and he knows he is doing. I love his bedside manner and always explained everything. Just this past week he has been treating my son. My son plays football and injured his foot. The football trainers tried for several weeks to help him with very little success I took him to Royall. Not only did he help him he gave him special attention. He took time out of his schedule to come and help him prior to a game so that he would be able to play. I highly recommend Dr Royall and grateful for all that he has done for me and my son.

Dr. Royall worked on my ruptured FHL tendon, and I have hardly any pain. He calmed my nerves pre-op and post-op. I am still recovering but so far so good.

Dr. Royall and his staff are great!!! He was able to get me into see him within 24 hours for an initial consultation. After having gone to 3 different podiatrist and after two foot surgeries for my Liz Franc fracture with limited improvement I thought I was destined for another foot surgery, rehab, etc. Upon meeting with Dr. Royall he was able to use his real time technology and identify the problem. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Royall. He has helped my husband and I out so much. He knows what he is doing and will help. If he can't do it no one can. I was very pleased with my initial visit to Dr Royal regarding a bunion. He was very knowledgeable and professional! I’ll be having surgery soon.

Dr. Royall told me he would write a note adding to the insurance code to increase my chances of getting inserts made, but he never did. Also, I'm covered by 2 insurance companies and they only contacted one which meant I would have to pay the full amount for the inserts. When I called the office to discuss both problems, Chelsey at the front desk hung up on me. After talking to Dr. Royall, there was no wiliness to understand the situation. Worst experience ever.

I am so happy that I found Dr Royall!! I was so nervous about getting my ingrown toenail removed. It was painless! I barely felt the injections. I was amazed. He made me feel very at ease and his assistant was also very nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Royall.

Dr. Royall has been taking care of my feet for 30 years. He has always been a great consultant and provided wonderful care to me and my family. He is not only an ethical and responsible professional he has great bed side manner and explains things easily and in understandable terms. Dr Royall is very knowledgeable, he gets my plantar fasciitis under control quickly! Dr Royall is also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his skill and training! Saw Dr. Royall for a hammer toe. He explained how he could fix it. He said it could be done in the office. This is what I had hoped for as I wanted to avoid going to the Hospital. The operation was Painless. I am very satisfied with the results and can now wear a shoe again. I will recommend him to friends.

I like Dr. Royall first for his bedside manner. He speaks clearly to you and reviews any X-Rays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, etc. to show you what exactly is wrong. I went to another podiatrist before I went to Dr. Royall. I am very picky. I had x-rays done at an urgent care clinic I went to after I injured myself. He took additional X-rays in his office and did an ultrasound which confirmed a Lisfranc Injury. He scheduled an MRI before surgery will be done. He LISTENS to your concerns!

Love Dr. Royall. He is down to earth and just a all around great Doc. And he never yells at me for wearing flip flops. He did 2 surgeries for me and I would totally recommend him to everyone.

I recently had two procedures performed by you to remove scar tissue causing chronic plantar fasciitis pain. The first was on February 3rd 2016 on my right foot. Then again of my left foot March 9th 2016. I have suffered from this condition in both feet for over 30 years, and have seen many different podiatrists over the years who have fitted me with shoe inserts which provided only a margin of relief. More recently I did have two cortisone shots in both feet which gave only temporary relief.

I usually dread going to any Doctors appointment but not when visiting Dr. Royall at Summit Foot and Ankle. I first went to see Dr. Royall in October for an ingrown toe nail, and he was able to take care of it then and there. Dr. Royall and his staff were very friendly and personable. I also have flat feet which would cause pain in my knees and Dr. Royall recommended that I get Orthotics which have helped tremendously! If you have any foot or ankle problems this is the place to go.

Dr Royall is a great Dr. His staff leaves alot to be desired. Not personable. I have had problems with getting Billing problems resolved. Still ongoing after a year. Felt overbilled for fairly simple procedure. Get no response from Billing company and no responses from his office.
