I had been having a lot of digestive issues and my good friend recommended Dr. Rubin. I've been a patient of Dr. Rubins now for a year and I have found him to be a thorough, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He listened to the medical problems I have been experiencing and made me feel at ease and told me what may be the cause. He is very analytical in his approach but for me the most important thing is he has an abundance of patience and caring. He answered all of my questions and In addition, his office staff is very professional and friendly. I would, and have, recommend Dr. Rubin to my friends and family.

We have had a relation together for over 35 years. He has always been friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and aware of the total person, not just his specialty. He has sent me to specialists outside his area of study when he had noticed something i.e.. a spot on a lung that shows on the edge of an abdominal MRI he ordered. He is well respected among other MDs in the area and he refers me to people he has worked with over the years, that he feels is competent. I look forward to seeing him and I am comfortable with him during procedures in his state of the art surgical suite. His staff from reception to nursing are top notch, well trained and compassionate.

Dr Rubin is patient, kind and very thorough. I had serious gastro issues for years and with his time, knowledge and consideration, the issue is under control and has improved my quality of life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubin for many years. Not only is he excellent in his field, but he is thorough in all aspects of your health. If he is not happy with something not related with gastroenterology he will address it and direct you to follow through with it. I've had a number of colonoscopies and endoscopies with him. His surgical suites are extremely modern and run like clockwork. Obviously, I have been more than satisfied with the care and concern he has shown me through the years. Dr. Rubin truly listens and takes his time with each patient. He won't give up until he finds what is wrong and helps care for it. I have been to several doctors and gastroenterologists before him and had some of the same tests done. He went one step further and sent me for a test that is usually not given unless the first test shows a problem - and it showed that my gallbladder was barely functioning.

I had an endoscope procedure at his Baldwin clinic. He’s fantastic and so was his staff. Too bad he’s not in AZ.

I was looking for a gastroenterologist and a friend suggested Dr. Rubin. I have been seeing him for close to 2 years. He is an outstanding doctor. He really thoroughly went over all my thoughts and concerns in regards to digestion and simply my overall health. He has then also referred me to excellent doctors when needed for other concerns I have. The people that work in his office are kind, friendly and helpful when I call or when I am at the office. I am so happy to have found Dr. Rubin and I consider an invaluable doctor in caring for me.

I first saw Dr. Rubin when he was part of another practice 1999. Although I recently reconnected with Dr. Rubin, he has always been a caring, compassionate, and professional doctor who listens and communicates well. The office is very organized, and the staff is professional and friendly. Quite frankly, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Dr. Rubin and his office staff are the best I have ever encountered. His clinical experience, compassion, patience and kindness is felt as soon as you walk in the exam room. Upon walking in the office you are greeted with the most friendly office staff. Wendy and the rest of the woman are truly such a pleasure! He was running a little late due to a earlier procedure he had scheduled and Wendy called me ahead of my appointment to tellme to come in a bit later so I would not have to wait. That showed such respect for my time and that is not something I’m used to from other doctor’s offices. I was so glad to see that he gives every patient the time needed to thoroughly examine and get to the root of any problem. He is the most caring doctor I have ever had and I’m so lucky to have found him. A true gem!

I’m a newer patient, and I find Dr. Rubin to be a kind, compassionate, adept diagnostician. I’ve had digestive difficulties for several years. Dr. Rubin listened, tested, diagnosed the issue, and proscribed a protocol which has left me greatly improved. His efficient and friendly staff has worked diligently to facilitate everything I need to ensure my health and well-being. I had been misdiagnosed with IBS for 7 years by multiple doctors. I suffered almost every day. Thanks to Dr Rubin, I am living a pain free and comfortable life! He really takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients getting better. I never feel rushed in my visits. He takes his time to make sure you leave satisfied. Very knowledgeable, informative, and extremely compassionate. Great bedside manners. I am scared of anesthesia and prior to my procedure he made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and nice. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Today’s visit just reminded me of how lucky I am to have him as a doctor. His focus is me as a patient and a person. He’s the one that wants to know that I’m up to date on all my necessary exams. He’s so genuinely concerned about my family and their medical issues. He coordinates all blood work from my doctors and that has helped me in a difficult medical situation. He’s positive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. .

Excellent, personable very knowledgeable about his title as well as vast experience regarding entire anatomy and ailments. Takes time to review understand adequately diagnosis and explain. If it was not for him I may not be alive. He knew right away my diagnosis after reviewing family history and promptly tested. Gave a compassionate yet positive consult to get a team to meet my needs in a timely fashion. Highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Rubin to confirm my diagnosis for celiac disease. I found Dr. Rubin to be very informative, patient, thorough and caring. At my first visit, appointments were scheduled for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. Dr. Rubin took his time explaining to me what to expect with these procedures. The procedures were done in a state of the art facility. The quality of care that I received there, along with the relaxing atmosphere in this beautiful facility, made me feel very reassured and confident. When I went to Dr. Rubin for my follow up visit, after having the procedures, he was very thorough going over the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubin to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist. His staff is also very efficient and kind.
