Dr Scheme was my pdoc for almost maybe 10 yrs and found him to be very professional and compassionate. I ended up finding a new pdoc a couple of yrs ago bc of an insurance change but also a good time to start fresh w a new pdoc.

I have been with Dr. Schenkel since 2000 and he is on the top 3 of my most trusted docs and one of those is a vet. I find him to be sensitive, observant and well-informed on his specialty and he is willing hear patient's ideas and input. He rates 100% for me. And his office desk staff is wonderful. A great asset to any doctor. She is 5 *****

The worst doctor I have ever seen. He spends about five to ten minutes with you, always changing meds, waits four hours to return calls (if even) and is crabby all the time. He is in the wrong profession.

I have been going to Dr Steven Schenkel since 1994 and he has been very helpful on my mental condition. Since he reads and updates himself on new research and medicines, he found a medicine that works on me and now I have a thriving career for the last 10 years. It takes time to find a medicine, but it is worth the wait. Be patient. Thank you, Dr Schenkel, for your patience and diligence in your work! I could not have done it without you. Forever grateful, your loyal patient.

It was a horrible experience. This doctor left me crying after being rude and unprofessional. Didn't care to get to know the patient, rather cared if he gets paid. Worst doctor experience I've ever had.
