Flippant, Not Prepared , Rushed , Arrogant
Dr. Terranova is far too busy to care about or spend more than 5 minutes max ,with each patient. He shares contradicting information from one appt. to the next, and when confronted with reasonable questions or requests, he responds either defensively or rudely. Unacceptable behavior and it is a mystery why this practice retains him.

Very thorough and compassionate
Dr. Terranova explained his findings on this visit and carefully told me about my bloodwork and what needed to be done. He was on time with the visit, then was able to explain further treatment. He has always treated me like I was the most important person ln his practice.

Severely Lacks People Skills
The Doctor told me he treats people with my past condition for ten years after surgery. {Brachytherapy} The oncologist who performed the surgery released me cancer free over six months ago, yet he wants me to keep coming back so he can read me my PSA level which I know before I get there. Keep the cash cows coming in.

Inconsiderate and has no compassion. I have had UTIs my whole life and he's telling me that I don't have a UTI. Last time I had a UTI on a Friday, his staff said he was too busy to see me. So I had to suffer through a UTI all weekend. Staff has no compassion.

he got straight to the point very quickly and told us everything but didn't really give us time to ask questions or even asked if we wanted to ask any questions. He didn't even go over any concerns we had and it felt like he was forcing us to go home to end the appointment.
