This was the second time I needed Dr.Ugent’s help to cure cancer - and again he did an excellent job - I’m forever grateful Thank you Dr. Ugent

I looked at the health grade reviews and my experience was not like some, the doctor and staff were very pleasant , he took his time and explained everything g to me , did a biopsy on my first visit and I go back in ten days for results

Went in there multiple times for a skin condition I was not sure of. Does not want to do biopsy or anything. It has been 4 years and all they can do is prescribed ointment. He never cared. Never going back.

My visit was a referral to him due to Dr Ugent's specialization in biologic treatments of dermatologic conditions. He really listened to the reasons I was seeking to try a biologic. He weighed the pros and cons of the treatment for me as well as any side effects. He left the decision up to me after thoroughly talking through all the options (some I hadn't even considered!)His staff was pleasant and I waited maybe 5 minutes to get in and see him.

Staff ignored me when I arrived and when I was checking out. The doctor was blunt, didn’t explain his diagnosis, nor what procedure he was going to perform. I was told to return for a follow-up, but never went back. Dr Ugent may have impressive medical training, but it’s lost with his disinterested attitude and rude staff.

Half of an exam at best, with a "see you in a year". I wish my original dermatologist took my new insurance.

My experiences with Dr. Ugent were really good. My first one was a consult on two spots for potential skin cancer. One turned out to be precancerous and he treated it right then and there. Then he took an area from another spot and sent it for a biopsy. He went over everything about after care. It turned out to be cancer and he called and was very kind. Explaining everything that needed to be done. My next visit was for the procedure to remove the skin cancer. He went over my options again in case I changed my mind. Then he did the procedure. Explained everything that I needed to do for after care. Told me to call with any questions. His office staff was great. I love the nurse I saw at my appointments she was fantastic and quite funny. The ONLY drawback I found was the phone system. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of a person. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I wish they could change that.

Kind, compassionate, smart, knowledgeable, tells the truth, explains things at your level of understanding, and keeps promises! What more can you ask for?

Went to a multitude of Dermatologists with psoriasis and they all did the same thing... gave me a topical and sent me down the road. It did not work, for nearly 20 years! I had it covering my arms, back, stomache, and head. Dr. Ugent told me about my options and possible side effects of all of them and even insisted I think about it before picking what was right for me. Within 1 year I was nearly completely free of psoriasis. I go to my regular check ups and all is good.

Needed a Dermatologist and chose Dr. Ugent at first mainly for the travel convenience at the Foxboro office, and I am glad I did, it is an easy in and out. The office is very professional never waited more than 1o mins before being called. Dr. Ugent is very friendly and explained all options of treatment thoroughly. Those mine were minor I have all the confidence with him. and kept him as my permanent dermatologist,

Dr. Ugent is the worst dermatologist I have ever seen. He has no concern for his patient's well being. I would not recommend to any body. He does not explain anything, simply just requests follow ups and doesn't offer a solution.
