Misdiagnosed me with bipolar. I was Iike a zombie on all the drugs. Lithium. Depokote. One doctor told me because of my age I could have died with the amount of drugs he prescribed. It’s dangerous for him to continue to practice when reading 30-40 complaints about him misdiagnosing and drugging people. His licensed should be revoked immediately before he kills someone. Why doesn’t anyone in the state health departments of CT or NY know about this guy.

Expensive, misdiagnosed my Daughter and I as Bi-Polar, put us on large doses of medication that turned us into dimwits at $650.00 a week - cash! Then diagnosed my son and wife without even a consult and wanted them to schedule sessions also. The man is rude, incompetent and nuts. By the way daughter had ADHD and I had nothing.

Please stay away from him. He tells everyone they are bipolar and puts them on heavy medication. My pharmacist called him and told him so. He belittle you and charges a fortune. He should have his license taken away. And his has a filthy mouth.

I'm going to add to the bad experience every one else had with this crackpot. He does in fact misdiagnose everyone with bipolar disorder. He did the same with me and put me on powerful drugs, which only turned me into a zombie. You know what I actually had? Freakin allergies! I got off a his crap and now I take 1 allergy pill a day and no thanks to his powerful drugs my thyroid levels will be off for the rest of my life and i'll need to keep on the thyroid medication (but there's no side effects with the thyroid pill so at least there's that). Please please please stay the heck away from this guy. And before you assume a psychiatric issue think again. I think psychiatry is mostly a crock. Anyone who thinks otherwise, go watch "Brain on Fire" on Netflix. These psychiatrists have no problem shoving pills that they don't need down their throat to make a quick buck!

Like many others he misdiagnosed me with bipolar and put me on a cocktail of unnecessary drugs. This was detrimental to my overall health. Not sure how this doctor still has a license? Very condescending towards woman and skeptical of all other doctors as he think his way is the only way. Take it from me, find a more competent doctor who has empathy and respect for his patients. Wasted a lot of time and money with Dr. Weisblatt.

Dr. Weisblatt is a great doctor if you like a doctor who doesn't listen, lies, stalls, demeans, swears at the patient, and overcharges.

I think he's gets a bum wrap. Many doctors subscribe mediation and never check blood work. Others cancel appointments and never call to check up on their patients. Although my daughter may have been a terrible patient, his attention to detail and his care for my child was far better than any She encountered before and after his treatment. He's a tough cookie but he's a caring doctor. He may not tell you what you want to hear but he definitely tells you what you need to hear. He's a good man

By far the worst experience of my life was visiting this "doctor". He is manipulative, dishonest, and is all about getting your money. He misdiagnosed me as bipolar, and if you read enough reviews about him you will find he diagnoses everyone as bipolar. Do yourself a favor and see a different doctor, he is a terrible human being and should not be allowed to practice medicine. It's been 4 months since I saw him and I am still traumatized by the whole experience.

A horrific Dr. and an even worse human being! Like the other posts, he missed diagnosed me as being bi-polar and put me on a cocktail of powerful drugs. I was a zombie for a month. He should have his license revoked and the IRS should investigate him. He only accepts cash at $325 a visit!! Please do yourself a favor and run the other way!

Be extremely careful with this doctor. He will misdiagnose the patient, extend the diagnosis to family members and then slam you with reckless amounts of medication. He will need to see you very often under the guise of treatment but really a way for him to line his pockets. He is horribly arrogant, condescending and thinks he is the expert above all others. Unfortunately I wasted a lot of time and money seeing this awful excuse for a psychiatrist.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone! He is so arrogant and a crook! He will miss diagnose you and then take your money! We had $325.00 on account with him. My husband decided not to continue with him. We found a more competent doctor. He yelled at my husband and now refuses to give us back our money!!!! He's a crook!!!!!!!!!!!!! He told my husband he was Bi Polar, when in fact he's not. He should not be allowed to practice!!!!!!! DO NOT go to him!!!! He will steal your money!!!!!

He diagnosed my child with bi-polar disorder and immediately prescribed anti psychotics...I did not feel this was the right diagnosis after the 45 minute appointment but he scared me into giving my child the drugs which made my child's symptons get worse....after two days we stopped the drugs because my child was a zombie...long story short this doctor should have his license revoked...my child of course was not bi-polar as I expected he actually has been diagnosed with lyme...DO NOT GO TO HIM!
