Dr. Steven Werner Jr, DO

Dr Werner told me my impinged ligament that caused femoral nerve disorder was vaccuum phenomenom and due to me, the patient assuming the high levels of metal were from a MOM Hip, SO DID THE REVISION EXPERT...He found it was corrosion of the taper on a ML taper yet did a bearing exchange. He also said he was 'Board Certified' in 2018, now he says 2020, yet the azdo and abos and abps and certification matters says otherwise. I now have lordosis do to his lack of planning the surgery and the core institute does not think highly of him..one can most assuredly assume its because he showed credentials that were false. I know because I looked him up and in 2018 there were 7 Dr. Werners. He was NOT one of them

After surgery blood leakage back into my leg was detected staples were applied by Werner without any type of anesthesia after 6 weeks still cannot walk normally need to have another doctor remove the fluid. The fluid still remains on my knee down to my toes would recommend Dr Maddox instead of Werner even though they work together sometimes things can go wrong as they have for me very dissatisfied with this additional delay which may take weeks to resolve.

Dr. Werner is an amazing orthopedic doctor! Right hip replacement done 2/1/22. Very caring and organized doctor. After 30 years of hip pain I can say I am pain free. Why did I wait so long? Perhaps it was because I wanted the best of the best. Dr Werner fills that order. I might add his staff and Sonoran Crossing hospital was the most caring and compassionate experience I have had with a hospital experience.

Dr Werner saved my life and my leg. You will not find a finer Surgeon. I highly recomend him. Dr Werner and his staff treat you like family.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Werner. He was fantastic! He is knowledgeable and has the nicest personality! I have a cyst on the back of my knee and also osteoarthritis. He made me feel extremely comfortable.

You will not find a better hip and knee surgeon than Dr. Werner. He replaced my hip and knee with Excellent results. You do have to do your rehab diligently. His attention to detail is Amazing.

Dr. Werner is a caring surgeon who did my right hip surgery on July 11th, 2019. Dr Werner replaced both of knees recently the left knee excellent experience. I am fully recovered eight after surgery. Dr Werner is the best there is.

Had knee replacement done last December, Dr. Werner did an excellent job. This was my 3rd surgery (he did not do the first 2), so I have experiences with other Dr. 's. His surgery, bed side manner and care for his patients are all 5 out of 5. Highly recommended.

Loading hay I flipped 6+ ft. to the ground, breaking my left hip. 3 lg. screws were inserted in my hip. After 9 mos. I could only walk a short distance w/ a cane. I felt the screws were coming out. I got a 2nd opinion from Dr. Werner. He said I needed a Total Hip Replacement. On 4/13/2015, Dr. completed my surgery. After a short time on a walker/cane, I could walk normally w/out pain. Due to Dr. Werner I have my life back & am riding my horse. I'm grateful for his expertise as a Surgeon.

Doctor Werner was excellent with me from interview all the way though the replacement surgery up to and including the last post op review. He was excellent with my family on what would happen during surgery and after surgery. His staff and assistances we also great. I have scheduled for my left hip to also be replaced with Dr. Werner

I have recommended Dr. Werner Jr to 4 other people and they were very pleased with him. I have had two knee operations performed by him and could not be more pleased with the outcome both times. If and when I have hip problems, I will be sure to have him do the operations if needed. My knee replacements were 3 and 4 years ago and he did a great job . I am very pleased to call him my doctor.
