Dismissive, Arrogant, and Condescending
It's one thing to have your concerns dismissed by a doctor, as unfortunately that happens often. However Dr. Steven Williamson was not only dismissive of my concerns, but condescending throughout the appointment. Dr. Williamson gave me incorrect treatment information, and when I spoke up about it, I was yelled at to "Look up (popular medical search engine site)! Ever heard of it?!" He then proceeded to try to prove to me I was wrong by searching up the diagnosis and treatment for the condition, but in the description of the condition's treatment was the exact thing I had already told him. He proved himself wrong, and instead of taking ownership and acknowledging I was in the right to correct the incorrect information he gave me, he said "Well, I'm still right." To top it off, he insulted my bored and fussy infant by saying "You know, children who aren't raised to behave themselves grow up to be gangbangers." It's just a baby for crying out loud!

Unprofessional the moment he walked in the door. Condescending, rude and arrogant. The exam was not thorough. I left the BC with insecurity and concern regarding his treatment. I will never return to that SameDay Care clinic. The doctors I regularly see at the BC are beyond professional and I have great respect for them and their work. I have never questioned them and will continue to see them. This is the first bummer I've run into at the Billings Clinic.
