I recently had an implant procedure, which required several visits. Dr Young and his staff were professional, strict about following COVID protocol, and entertaining too. They checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. They explained what each procedure entailed, what I would need to do at home, and what the next step would be. Can’t say enough! Not that I enjoy any dental procedure, but if I need one, Dr. Young is my first choice.

Not good. I encourage anyone visiting his office for dental work to ask a million questions regardless of the size of procedure & expect to pay & pay first & foremost! You’d like to think his interest is in you but do not be fooled, your probably going because you need him, do your homework.

Had a routine extraction of a broken tooth, developed ( I believed) an infection 4 days later, called Dr Young's office for a follow up and explained the the issue,,,when finally seen by him for 3 minutes, .I was reassured that even though I had pain , there was no infection..called my dentist, ended up putting me on antibiotics...issue resolved quickly... Obviously -I had an infection! Fast forward to receiving a bill for the care or more accurately "lack of care" I received for a 5 minute visit..called to dispute the charge for follow up for ORAL SURGERY...was told 2 days later that the fee was removed, however a letter was being sent to me letting me know that I will no longer be allowed to do business with DR YOUNG...What a joke! Amazing..., like I'd ever go back to him. BTW I am an educator in the town and NEVER have I written a BAD review about anyone. Take heed!!!! I will be following up with my Dental Provider!

Came in for a tooth implant. Was absolutely delighted with every aspect of the procedure. The doctor has very gentle hands, and I never experienced any pain at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a choice of many doctors to go to, and I am very satisfied that I chose dr. Young. Great job everyone!!!

Let me start with, I am 11 weeks pregnant, and finding a dentist that wants to treat a pregnant woman, is NOT easy. You need a release form and a willing doctor. I was in a lot of pain from an infection around my wisdom tooth and I called other oral surgeons who didn't care to try to take care of my issue quickly, they just said "sorry we're booked til next week.". Then I called Dr. Young's office, and they fit me in the same day. They were all very nice, and did a great job! No more pain!

Very good experience, CONSIDERING we had to pay an additional $1600, because of my daughters age. Was no longer on a pediatrician plan. Was not told that by dentist office, so guess we are stuck with another costly payment. Thanks alot Dr Young... Was told Bc/Bs would cover 1/2 of the payment. Was affordable at $830. Then boom , here's another $1600... Thanks , do your research IF your insurance pays for any of the procedure.... Otherwise, your stuck with a big bill

I made an appointment based on a conversation with someone in his office about insurance and billing. I offered to pay in full and then asked if they would assist me in filling out the forms so I could file with my insurance and possibly get money back. No problem, I was told. I get to the appointment and wait over 40 minutes. A woman hands me back my X-ray and tell me, "Yeah, the doctor won't see you because of your insurance". I was willing to pay in cash. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I had to have an Apico and extraction . Dr.Young explained all procedures and options. I was able to to have nitrous oxide and local. I was a bit apprehensive to say the least as a result of past experiences with other dentist's, whereby they used a hammer and chisel. How archaic ! I actually had to ask his assistant Melinda if dr. Young pulled the tooth! I felt nothing- incredible ! Dr. Young's assistant's at the front desk greet you with a smile and were helpful in maneuvering through medical.

Dr. Young did a dental implant for me a year ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Before, I scheduled the procedure with Dr. Young, I had seen two other providers for consultation. I chose him for 3 reasons: 1)He is a an excellent surgeon; the procedure was virtually pain-free. 2)His charges were reasonable and in the end, he saved me money because he took my insurance and his use of a dental CT scan revealed a new procedural option. 3)I am a bit phobic & he gained my trust.

Getting an appointment super fast. My tooth was extracted yesterday. It took hardly 10 minutes. Next day I had no pain. Staff were friendly and courteous and did give a call next day asking about my pain and how I am feeling. I would say definitely suggest this doctor for tooth extraction.

This was my first visit to this office and I was truly impressed with everyone there from reception to the doctor. They were kind and caring when having to deal with such a scary procedure and they put you at ease. Procedure was easy and pain free. I would highly recommend anyone to this office! Very professional and overall great experience for a scary procedure.

Dr Young has zero bedside manner is arrogant, rude and condescending. From trying to sell you procedures while in the middle of a painful procedure, to having the receptionist inform you of you $120 cost while in a dentist's chair as though they won't perform the surgery if you don't have the funds. While in the most pain of my life, Dr Young condescendingly asked me multiple times "Am I hurting you? This shouldn't be hurting you. If you cannot tolerate the pain we'll have to compete it later"

Dr. Young is very professional and attentive to his patients' needs. He is current with the latest technology and used a laser on my gums during a dental implant procedure to eliminate the need for sutures and excessive bleeding. In fact, I am hardly bleeding at all. Also, I am not in much pain right now, and I just had the procedure earlier today. He has also operated on my children when they needed wisdom teeth removed. I highly recommend him!

First time ever I did not have anxiety going to a dentist. Due to the Staff at Dr. Young's office. From the day I booked the appointment to when I went to the appointment they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Young also made me feel so relaxed. I didn't even feel the needle to numb the area, nor did I feel the extraction. I couldn't believe it when he said you're done. Excellent DENTIST & STAFF. Very clean office. I never thought I would say great experience with a dentist. BUT IT WAS!! :)
