Dr. Steven Zygmont, MD

I don't often write reviews (good or bad) however I feel the need to express concern over the way I have been treated as a patient of Dr Zymont's for over 10 years. I have recently moved out of state and was still traveling to receive care as I "had" been receiving qualilty care. However, I accessed my portal two days ago and checked it the next day awaiting a response. Much to my surprise my portal had been deactivated - no reason - no notification. Upon calling the office I was told the "practice manager" had replied via the portal and had IT deactivate the account. Now how would I be able to receive a message via the portal when YOU deactivate the account for reason of me moving out of state my simple question could not be answered. Not a courtesy of a phone call, an email outside the portal or even a letter mailed to my address which was on file as being out of state! When asked about being able to retrieve MY PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS VIA THE PORTAL I was denied and told

I have been seeing Dr Zygmont for over 20 yrs and very happy with his pratice And his NP Christine is excellent too

I can't say enough about Dr. Zygmont. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously.
