Dr. Bernstein is an excellent doctor, but you have to be prepared to wait for 2-3 hours in the waiting room to see him. He overbooks. His office staff is not helpful. His professional staff is excellent as well. Know what you are getting into before you choose him.

Dr Bernstein is a great doctor but he must replace his staff as they are rude, nasty, unprofessional... I called for an appt - NOBODY called me back, I tried to phone, the lines were busy as they put everyone on hold for as long as they can - the last time I called I was on hold for 39 minutes, then gave up. It is such a shame as the staff gives the doctor a bad reputation.

Dr Bernstein took care of my husband during the pandemic for two months while my husband was in the ICU on a respirator, and I was not allowed to visit. Dr Bernstein was my lifeline to my husband. He is one of the kindest, and most compassionate Doctors I’ve ever came across. He called everyday to update me, and when he himself couldn’t call he made sure his covering Dr would call. I cannot say enough good things about him, I highly recommend Dr. Bernstein.

Dr.Berstein is one of the best Dr's I've ever encountered honestly I'm a certified nurse & I had the opportunity to care for 2 of his clients such an amazing Dr.

Dr. Stuart Bernstein is such a good doctor. He is kind and caring, listens to the patient's concerns, offers suggestions and reads all reports and cat scans. He's a wonderful doctor, and no one else compares to him. I am lucky to have him as my pulmonary doctor.

I really liked Dr Bernstien. I shook his hand on the way out and told him so. He listened, he worked with me in options, he was very pleasant and I felt he knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions and was very cautious in his approach to the right meds to treat my condition. I would highly recommend him.

He gave me a thorough exam and ordered appropriate follow-up tests. Warm and caring and seems very knowledgeable...took the time to answer all my questions and discuss my concerns...had 2 visits and never waited more than 15 minutes...staff was friendly and helpful.

His thoroughness saved my life. Caring, patient, takes time with the patient; listens and answers questions. Late hours. Pleasant staff. The waiting time varies from a few minutes to an hour, so be prepared; but he's worth the wait.

He is a decent dr but his staff is horrible. Billing lady has an IQ of about 50. Always wait two hours to see doctor, they always overbook appts. They made an appt with me for the other doctor, but then wouldn't let me see the other dr, even though I was the only one there and had the appointment with the other doctor, had to make an appt AGAIN to see Dr. Bernstein. I explained my livelihood depends on timely reports but no avail. Office manager on vac none is empowered to make decisions.

If you want doctor who's so high on his horse and doesn't give you the time of day, then he's for you. He never gives you more than 10 seconds to a conversation. His physical exam is non existent. Terrible experience
