Dr. Stuart Dessner, DMD

I was referred to Dr. Dessner by my orthodontist. Dr. Dessner was one of 4 surgeons that I interviewed for my jaw surgery. Of the 4 surgeons, I liked Dr. Dessner best. For one thing, he spent a lot more time explaining the surgery to me than the other surgeons did. The first visit lasted over an hour. The surgery went very well. After that, I saw Dr. Dessner every week for 3 weeks, then every month. I am very happy with my new face. It has increased my confidence ten fold. Dr. D is great.

Dr. Dessner was scheduled to extract my wisdom teeth, however, after the lack of professionalism shown, I left. I was not comfortable with him or his staff extracting my wisdom teeth. His staff was rude, so I asked to meet the doctor looking for reassurance. When I addressed my concerns he slammed his foot down and told me my concerns were uncalled for. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. On my way out he screamed "well, it's your loss". So unprofessional.

I was referred to Dr. Dessner by my dentist for implant surgery. The staff was friendly, but most of all, Dr. Dessner took more than 30 minutes to explain how the surgery would be done. On the day of my surgery, everything was done, without any pain, and in a very short time. I got a call the next day from the nurse. I now have crowns on the implants and my teeth are better than they were when I was young. I can give Dr. Dessner the highest recommendation.

Dr. Dessner did a wonderful job of extracting a tooth and replacing it with an implant. He was less expensive than the surgeon who put in my first implant, but Dr. Dessner's care was much better. All in all, I had a much better experience with Dr. Dessner, but paid less money. And the staff was fantastic! I highly recommend Dr. Dessner.
