Empathy Incarnate
Dr. Stuart Oserman always has the time to listen and ask appropriate questions. He is able to think outside the box. Was able to diagnose MCAS which had no name at the time. He has a brilliant memory for details. Was also my parents doctor and took excellent care of them into their 90s. He is very kind and communicative. I hope he doesn’t retire for a long long time.

Obstructive Behavior
Our last two interactions with Dr. Oserman have been in my view unprofessional and obstructive in providing and arranging care for my father. The first incident concerned our desire to move my father's care to a physician service who will care for him at home since he is homebound. Dr. Oserman disregarded the needs of my father and was primarily upset about losing his patient to a competitor. The second incident concerned a request to write a letter certifying my father's disability. Initially, Dr. Oserman refused to provide a statement and requested to speak to our Trust attorney. This request was unprofessional and beyond the scope of what was requested. These are two of the most recent incidents that I have encountered with Dr. Oserman. I have found that Dr. Oserman has not involved my father and his family to determine the best plan of care for my father. He has been " old school" in approach, professorial and condescending to my father/family in caring for my father.
