Been to Sabol several times. Does not display genuine interest. He’s always rough with the nasal spray procedure causing pain. He’s fired.

I went to Dr Sabol on 10/27/22 for a new cpap machine as mine had been recalled . I’ve had 3 office visits since all I have received was a hearing test and I was prescribed nose spray for allergies. I’ve been promised this would be fixed yet when I call it takes 2-3 days for call back. The girl who took my call was arrogant rude and she lied ..She said I would be contacted when Dr Sabol came back from vacation… I just walked in to psl office to beg in person but it’s closed. Sleep apnea is nothing to fool around with I’m so disappointed because I used Dr Sabol for my original sleep apnea diagnosis and was very satisfied I have more resentment towards the staff then I do the Dr but he is ultimately responsible. Todays date is 3/23/23. Ps insurance bills have all been paid plus my copays not much in return

Highly Recommended
Dr. Sabol and his Team are outstanding. I had sinus surgery on two separate occasions, which dramatically improved my quality of life. Yes, he is always VERY busy, and sometimes scheduling falls behind. I always knew this was possible, so I brought a good book to read while I waited. :-)

It makes me upset to see these bad reviews about this great man. Yes, there is always a wait to see him, BUT he is the only ENT in the area. He is over booked but always takes his time with every patient. He will never rush you out of the room and makes sure he takes the best care of his patients. If all you care about is being in and out of an appointment and not being treated correctly, then maybe you should find a different doctor. But if you want someone completely thorough, then he’s the doc for you. Thank you, doctor sabol, for all that you do!!!

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Sobol following cancer surgery. The first had me wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. The second was scheduled for 4:30. At 5:05 they called me and put me in the little waiting room. They said Dr. Sobol would be a few minutes. That was a lie. At 5:35 I walked out of the room and asked what the problem was and they said that he was running late and I was next. At 5:45 I walked out without seeing Dr. Sobol. My daughter was a patient of the Sharkey/Sabol practice and Dr. Sabol had operated on her ear years ago. She had a serious issue resulting in pain, minimized hearing and spotting of blood on pillow last week and was told that she could not be seen for three months but the would call her back that day. No call and we called again yesterday and was told again that we would get a call back. Again no call back. We remained very polite but in spite of that, the front desk staff was very short and without empathy. I called the manager today to tell her why my family is leaving the practice for good. The other practice was very polite and kind. She will be seen tomorrow. What good is being a loyal patient if you cant be seen when you have an emergency! Three months!?. Just the money for unneeded follow ups and exams? No thanks, we are going to practice that can help when needed.

good surgeon but chronically late for appointments, then his staff says the patients take longer than the allotted 15 min. per patient. plan on spending over an hour cooling your heals waiting for him. staff leaves a lot to be desired.

The wait was over an hour for both visits. Problem quickly resolved in first visit. Then the second visit was a follow up that was not needed and I questioned. It was clearly held just to generate additional charges. After 1hr wait I saw the doctor for 5 mins, just for him to ask if everything was better which it was. That 5 mins resulted in another $400 in charges. The office could not explain the charges and were extremely uncooperative about discussing them. They said they would call me back and never did.

Worst experience ever at ENT. He did not explain anything, did not give any advice that related to my problems, probably because he did not hear a word I said. He talked non stop during the visit either AT me or to his assistant in the room. He ordered other tests that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Very expensive visit for nothing. Rushed through my time with him and he talked down to me and my husband after we did ask a question. Does nasal endoscopy without explanation or consent -probably so he can charge hundreds of $$$. What a waste of time and money Dr Sabol was!

Dr. Sabol has been our family's doctor for tonsils, ear aches, and cold/flu symptoms for over 20 years, including removing tonsils for 2 of my children. He always takes his time in our appointments, giving us full attention and answering all our questions. And his surgery skills are amazing. He is a great doctor, so knowledgable, and has a great personality to go with it. I highly recommend Dr. Sabol!

Dr Sabol recently treated my 23 yr old son who had been suffering with sinus problems that were becoming increasingly debilitating. He diagnosed my son quickly and started him on a course of antibiotics that gave him relief for the first time in a very long time. He found the problem where others hadn’t. Dr Sabol is a Rock Star!!

Love Dr Sabol I even don't mind waiting 8 weeks for an appointment, however when my husbands appointment gets cancelled because of emergency surgery which was a follow up from having a scan next appointment for him is not until September and they REFUSE to let me give him my appointment and swap with his when his is more important because he is over booked for the day. THATS A PROBLEM!! Whats the difference? Still the same amount of patients. Thumbs down on scheduling staff !! Thumbs up on doctor.
