Dr. Pakkala was the first oncologist I met with after my diagnosis. I left that first meeting feeling worse than the moment I found out. I thought to myself “this is someone who does not care if I live or die.” Condescending, rude - seemed annoyed my family had come to support me. Confused my MRI for a PET scan that had not yet been conducted. Just overall a terrible experience.
