Its a bad experience for us
I am writing this review for wife 'Sushma'. Don't say, I am not your patient.I will never write any reviews but today, I am writing this review so that it will help someone.1. Last December we went to Austin for vacation and requested to issue medicine refill for my wife for 2 weeks but they rejected the request and told that they can issue refill only if my wife comes for the visit. We have come from Austin to Dallas just for the simple visit and just the simple questions were asked and nothing important and they spoiled our vacation.2. For the follow-up appointment after three months, I requested to schedule on Friday but the front office lady told they don't have any Friday appointments and she told even without checking in the system and which i felt very rude.If someone wants Good experience, peace of mind and to avoid un-necessary visits then please avoid this doctor and consult some one else. Please check for other bad reviews and they had similar experience.

I went here last month for Joint pains, When I asked them about accepting my insurance ,they said they cannot confirm and asked me to check for myself. When doctor asked me to take Vitamin D test, the assistant did not bother to check my coverage benefits or did not give me time to call my insurance, rushed me for everything. Very un professional people. They keep sending for feedback review links number of times. Finally my claim is not covered by insurance and I called doctor's office for supporting document and again same un professional behavior ,they don't have any respect to listen to you. I had very unpleasant experience here. It's not something I am angry that my claim is not processed, what bothers me is the way they treat me and made me uncomfortable.

I love Dr K. from the moment I shook hands with her. She is very caring and very knowledgeable. She noticed things about me that I had written off as just getting old. She gets test which shows things I never would have thought of. I am sure if I continue to see her I am going to be one healthy old woman. She refers you to drs who specializes in what she believes your problem is. She has great bedside manner. She is very very caring. Her office staff is great and knowledgeable. Who loves going to the doctor?? No one!!! But I love going to see Dr K because she really cares about what is going on you. Do you want a Dr who listens?? Then I suggest you see Dr K. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Dr. Kamineni is an excellent physician and shows genuine compasion for her patients. I chose Dr. Kamineni based on online reviews and she takes the extra step to make sure you are comfortable with any and all treatment. Her love for her work shows with how she treats her patients. She actually listens and genuinely cares and will always seek an alternative before pushing medication and surgery and treats you like family. I definitely made the right decision making her my Primary Care Doctor.

Dr. Kamineni is an excellent physician with impeccable work ethics and genuine compasion. I chose Dr. Kamineni as my Primary Care Physician based on the recommendations from my previous health care providers and online reviews. After a year of patient relationship with Dr. Kamineni I am very happy with my decision as I have had nothing but positive experiences. Today, my wife, my elderly mother and myself all see Dr. Kamineni. We highly recommend the superb health care services of Dr. Kamineni

Was pretty short lived. Asked me questions she would forget to let me answer due to the extent of the questions. Did not call me back to tell me about my CT results. I requested my CT results directly from the imaging place to find out I have a 9mm cyst on my left kidney and mild osteoarthrosis of my hips. Isn't that pretty useful information for a patient in pain? Everything is normal, no advice or follow up is what I was told AFTER calling this office. Refuses to provide pain medication.
