Dr. Sudeep Punia, MD

Rude, unprofessional, lied on my chart about performing testing that was never done. Lied and said we talked about weight and came to a solution when my weight was never discussed. NEVER AGAIN. Office staff was rude and condescending when I tried to address the errors in my chart.

I dread going to most doctors. Having to deal with the office staff, the wait time to go back then the wait to see the doctor. This is why I chose Dr Punia to be my primary care physician. His staff is helpful and friendly, I never wait for more than 5 or 10 minutes to go back and he comes in a few minutes later. He has a pleasant bedside manner and I find him easy to speak with. He doesn’t always tell me things I WANT to hear, but they are things I NEED to hear and that is what I respect and admire most about him. He guided me through a major health scare and, especially after that, I know I can trust him with my life. Very glad and grateful to call him my doctor!

I’ve been seeing Dr Punia for years, live in the East Valley and drive all the way to 75th Ave to see him because he is simply that amazing. He has walked with my family through surgeries and a diagnosis of MS in one of my children. He is incredibly patient, listens thoroughly and then explains things clearly and makes sure we are all on the same page so we can make informed and sometimes incredibly critical decisions. Simply put, we love him and consider him family. Thank you, Dr Punia, for everything!

Dr. Punia always has the best energy and patience, I can ask a million questions and he’ll answer each one with a smile and a thorough explanation. I was so impressed with his demeanor, I now have my entire family seeing him as their primary. If you’re looking for a doctor that is patient and will not only listen and treat, but heavily recommend healthy, proactive suggestions to living a quality life, Dr. Punia is worth a visit!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. There was no wait time. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very patient and a good listener, understood my problem very well. He was very thorough in his work. I would highly recommend the doctor to everyone.

The doctor himself is terrific. I have known him and been a patient of his for 25 years. Excellent skills and bedside manner. His staff, however, leaves A LOT to be desired! You call his MA, you're forced to leave a message on the phone, and she NEVER returns your call! (Didn't used to be this way. The last 2 or 3 MA 's are ALL that way, though.) The rest of his staff is somewhat better, but could still use some improvement just to bring themselves up to adequate. I give this medical outfit t

I went to Dr Punia because i was searching for a family practitioner... During my initial visit, I walked out and didn't even finish the interview. He was extremely condescending and demeaning. I had explained i was a cancer survivor and never received chemo. He looked at me in disgust and asked me why i was still alive.

MY Dr left the practice therefore I Was passed to Dr Punia I only saw him once was iffy if I was going to stay w him after How I was treated by his asst and himself .... No chance in hell...I called regarding my pain meds....my pain Dr was Sanctioned and can no longer write scripts had paperwork to show Was never called back.finally asst answered her phone and basically called me a liar..tellung me I never saw Punia then how come I have scripts from him...everythung I said she had a rebuttal.

He was horrible. Did not look up to say hello during appointment. Was very rude. Was very rushed and eager to end appointment. Did not seem to care or have any interest in what brought me to the office.

Has CEO on business card. Excessive outside referrals. Office posters selling cosmetic procedures, chiropractor services, etc. Seems in a hurry to end the office visit. Take 4-6 to get a specialist referral. Can never get thru to his assistants--email message comes back as box is full.
