Best Dr. we have come across in a long time, for my wife and I, he has been a blessings, even my father in law drove from Brownsville Texas to see him, no Drs there could take away a bad cough he had Dr Gogu got him fix in a week, he is good, they are fast to provide service, and with extended office hours works even better. We will see him again and again and again.

I had an appointment and got right in on time and was seen and helped with my needs promptly. Dr and helpers are very nice and friendly.

I am new to San Antonio and I need to find a Primary care doctor well this family practice had popped up so I decided to make this Dr. my primary care doctor. I should have known that the reviews were legit. about a week ago I needed to go in to get a referral to see a dermatologist. Well of course to get a referral you need to show proof why you think you need a referral so I showed proof of my abnormal moles, and he decided to take measure in his hands. and rip a mole out without any medicine. of course I was in so much shock because he had scared me and said looks quite odd. I let him because I am afraid I might have some type of cancer. After the shock had gone down, I immediately found a new Primary care doctor do not go to this man. When you talk to him he will look at you funny And make you feel stupid. save your money and find something else

Blood work that isn't needed. Treats seasonal allergies with one month of prescription and expects to come back. No followup and or returned calls.

I went into this appointment hoping for some kind of relief but left feeling worse. I lost out on money and was requested for random blood labs that as well cost more money. He did not ask one question, or address my needs for short term disability leave for my place of work. I felt from the moment he walked in he was very short and made me uncomfortable with his attitude. READ THE REVIEWS! He should pick a new career field and not be in health ‘care’

The staff is very polite, thorough and efficient! The office staff has gotten much better in answering the phone calls! Both Dr. Gogu and Mary are very thorough when it comes to your health and making sure you understand everything, including blood work!

Staff nurses and Dr were all kind and understanding. They took the time to hear my concerns and everything was easily taken care of. My first visit was in office and outside of having to fill out paperwork I was seen in a short amount of wait time. My second visit was a virtual visit and that was easy and simple and so convenient. Would recommend going here and I will definitely remain a patient of Dr Gogu.

I took my son to Dr Gogu as his primary care doctor for the first time to get paperwork filled out. I knew he had an urgent care practice too but I didn’t know they were combined. We walked into a very tiny waiting room packed full with people coughing and hacking waiting for urgent care. Neither my son or I was sick and the chairs were so close together with no empty seats that the likelihood of catching something was pretty high. I asked the office staff if there was somewhere we could wait as it was already past our appointment time and was told no. So I canceled his appointment and left and will never return.

Horrible! He did not listen to my needs, did not communicate with me effectively, had an attitude, the office was unclean. I waited for over an hour to be seen for a 10 minute appointment. When he needed to draw blood, he sent my blood work to a lab that isnt covered by my insurance and I am now being charged over 600 dollars when I specifically asked him to send it to a lab my insurance covered.

Worst doctor I have ever been to . Didn’t care about his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Gogu for about year now . Dr. Gogus doesn’t accept my insurance so I switched doctor and find out that I have kidney stones. How couldn’t Dr. Gogu not know that I have been having kidney stone ? Over the years I been telling him I have pain and he just ignored me and doesn’t do anything . Lucky I switch doctor.

Very terrible service to this facility. Make u wait for hours dispute having an appointment. They don't follow up with ur lab resulted. Girls who call have no idea what they r talking about. They can't answer ur questions and doctores take no et go come on call.

Dr. Gogu has been our family doctor for several years , we are very pleased with him and the office staff who are always courteous.

Dr.Gogu has helped me through illnesses and many health problems as the best Dr. I’ve ever had! He’s caring, listens and delivers. You’ll want to have him looking out for you. He’s outstanding!

I had a difficult time locating a primary care physician that accepted Medicare. Had to leave my previous PCP of many years because he didn’t accept Medicare. I took a bad fall out of country. Was able to see Dr. Gogu immediately upon my return. He requested two types of imaging and then sent me to an orthopedic specialist to confirm his diagnosis. The orthopedic did indeed agree I had bruised the nerve running the length of my leg. I had a very thorough yearly woman’s exam by the PA. She talked me through the exam, asked questions pertinent to my body and age. My husband also sees Dr. Gogu. He caught my husband’s cancer in its earliest stage because he monitors he lab work closely. We have been very pleased with Dr. Gogu’s office and the care we have received.

Doctor Gogu is always nice and caring. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I am very grateful that he has been my family doctor for over 16 years.
