I'm 88 years old & she just isn't a very kind person. My care taker is writing this for me. Sue Adam's just doesn't listen or care about anything you say. I'm to old to try to charge doctors now. If I was well enough, I would change in a heart best. I've git a close family friend who quit sue bc unfriendly.

At the new patient visit I waited 85 minutes beyond appt time, there was only one other patient ahead of me. I had a routine exam done 6/01 and called a week later for results. I was informed they had not yet been reviewed. I called again two weeks later, still weren't signed off and the doctor was on vacation. I received them 6/30 (abnormal results), and immediately was scheduled to see a specialist. Her practices are sloppy, patient care delayed, and I would highly advise another DO.
