I have seen D. Kim for a couple of years for mostly routine exams. She is a qualified Dr but her manner has always been aloof and abrupt. I wasn 't prepared for how rude she was on this last visit. As it was a routine ob gyn annual visit which is paid for by my insurance . she did the exam, asked me routine questions. It came to the subject of leaking and I said yes I do. she asked me how may times a week. I said usually when I sneeze or cough. she asked me again, I answered that i had a cold so a little more the past few weeks. She, exasperated, and rolling her eyes said well i need an average of how many times per week. I replied I wasn't sure. She said there are things we can do , I replied I am fine. Also, asked about dryness(64..) and gave me the name of a cream. This was discussed in past and I said I was fine with what I use. She was very rude and then had the audacity to bill me an office visit not covered by insurance because office said she discussed other things ($286).

Would give negative stars if I could …
Saw her several times for an ongoing Gyn/ fertility issue. She has zero bedside manner and always seems annoyed. Due to a bleeding issue - she recommended going on birth control for a year to see if it “ reset my cycle” . So after a year I came off and had normal cycles. about 9 months after stopping I had some issues again went in for a visit and had a Pap smear. Was called to come in a few days later where Dr. Kim very callously told me I had Uterine cancer. She was not compassionate or understanding at all… and continued by telling me I “did it to myself” by coming off the BCP. She said she instructed me that coming off them could result in cancer. As someone who is overly nervous and cautious about EVERYTHING… I would have remembered being told this. She has zero business dealing with patients … she is cold and rude.

I went for pelvic pain and worry about fibroids. I was negatively profiled as a low income, ignorant, mental patient and talked to according to bias stereotype. Grilled and questioned about forms in rude, insulting, humiliating, degrading mannor. I asked about post menopausal hormone therapy and insulted and accused that I wanted hormone therapy for hair and dry skin. The exam was very painful and I left in tears. I recommend taping this doctor then filing s formal complaint against her.

My experience with this doctor was not pleasant at all. She is extremely rude and condescending and gets irritated when asked about any concerns. I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Would never recommend this MD to anyone. Rushed, rude....had minor surgical procedure with this MD and it was a painful and horrible experience. Considered reporting this physician to medical board.
