Was sent from another ER to Paducah and Dr Petty was excellent. Had to have emergency surgery and remove part of colon due to diverticulitis. Dr Petty very kind, explained things to me and family members, Did not see Dr Petty in her office as it was emergency, would highly recommend her.

Dr Petty went into surgery to repair 2 hernias in my abdomen. When she was trying to repair one she noticed that I had several hernia tears and ended up using 5 mesh to repair my stomach the best she could. She was in surgery for several hours working on me and did an awesome job. She has a down to earth wonderful bedside manner and she goes out of her way to make sure that you are doing ok post surgery. I was sad when she made the decision to leave Baptist Health and I know they suffered a loss when she left. I am excited to have found that she had moved her practice to Princeton KY. I would recommend Dr. Sue Ellen Petty to anyone needing a wonderful, caring and competent general surgeon

Dr. Petty was very thorough and professional and fully answered all of my many questions. Fortunately, I did not have to have surgery but, based on my office visit with her, I highly recommend her.
