About the office: The staff don't even know how the insurance coverage or deductible works. Some of the staff are very demanding and unprofessional. My impression of the staff was 1) Money 2) patient care. Dr. Tuli: While she may be an experienced Dr, she should be a bit more understanding, respect and interact with the patients the way she would wish to be treated. She is very impatient and if the patient wants to say something, she reacts as if she is been offended of something. Not respectful. Dr, its not all about money.

Awful experience. Rude and she rushes you and gets frustrated with you. Once I picked up my prescriptions they were both wrong for my glasses and contacts and I’ve had to deal with it for a year until my insurance was able to cover another prescription. I’ll never return to this office.

Dr Tuli and her staff are amazing. She’s been testing me for glaucoma and other issues and I have to say that she is so compassionate as well as knowledgeable. She and her office staff are considerate and helpful. I had many questions today and she didn’t rush me out and answered them all. Highly recommend her.

Excellent service by Dr. Tuli and her staff. Doctor Tuli was extremely knowledgable, professional, and dedicated. My issue was quickly diagnosed and I received a prescription right away. Her staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional as well. Overall, I had a great experience.

Have been with Dr. Tuli for over eight years. Regular check ups, my first cataract surgery last year, my second cataract surgery September 2017. Experience, knowledge, and a caring individual are what you get with Dr. Tuli. Highly recommend her for any eye problems you have. Wish more doctors were like her! And her staff is also the greatest!

Dr. Tuli is a fantastic eye doctor. She is extremely caring and really wants her patients to be pleased. She preformed cataract surgery on me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She called me a few times before to discuss what I wanted and consulted with other specialists to decide which lens would be best for me.. She is a fine doctor and surgeon and I am crazy about her and her staff! Erica at the front desk is fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Tuli.

I started to see Dr. Tuli years ago after a visit to emergency for a serious corneal ulcer. My vision in that eye was touch-and-go for about a week. Not only did Dr. Tuli provide excellent medical care and save the vision in my eye, she and her staff were genuinely caring, compassionate and supportive during a very stressful week for my husband and I. Now my husband sees her regularly too as his family has history of macular degeneration. We trust our eye health to Dr. Tuli without question.
