If you are looking for a doctor who will take your concerns and care for you, then avoid this clinic. Called with a question on prescribed medication and no one called back with the answer. Dr. S.Joshi's nurse is very unfriendly, interrupts and shows no care at all. Another time asked for the refill on the same medication, and they said that you need to make an office visit because haven’t been in clinic this month and that is an office policy! So, was left with high blood pressure and no medicine. Not only unprofessional, but no care and no respect to an older people who is much older than Dr. Joshi! I used to be a patient in exactly SAME CLINIC with same policies, but with another doctor, who cared and respected me. All refills, dose adjustments on medicine and any health questions always were done over the phone. That's how the doctor must be! Seems their policy is set to make money of the multiple doctor's visits and they don't care about clients.

Dr. Joshi was very easy to get to know, discuss issues and accomplish the reason for the visit.
