Im new to Frisco, lucky great Dr. choice
Coming from years with out of town Opthamalogist I had to make random choice of new Dr. after moving to Frisco. I went with SW Med and picked Dr Dogan. Excellent credentials (I always check), no long wait, great staff, informative, he took time to explain cataract surgery thoroughly with info on all choices to be made. Provided printed instructions with each visit. Quick RX filled. Eye check up very thorough. He diagnosed an issue I have mentioned to several other Drs, thru many years—,Dr Dogan is the first Dr to diagnose the issue. He followed my cataract surgery with someone’s cornea transplant! SW Med makes the entire visit just great. I’m beyond pleased with my random choice.

Best eye doctor
Recently Dr. Dogan performed a cataract surgery on my right eye. Very knowledgeable and responsible. Highly recommended !

Highly recommended. I received Laser Cataract Surgery of which he told me I could remove the patch within hours, and I did so without having an inflamed and red eye. It was amazing. I had a different Doctor which used the needle to deaden the optic nerve on my other eye, before that, not using the laser, and it took one day to remove the patch, and at least a week of a blood red eye. He has done thousands of these surgeries in his country, prior to being in the USA. He is at UTSWMC / Parkland, as a requirement to level up and get US AMA certification only.
