Dr. Katyal was highly recommended by our neurologist and we are grateful for the referral. He has proven to be an excellent doctor, very professional, and yet friendly. He excels in finding a solution to any issue involving pain. In addition, his entire office staff is exceptional. We highly recommend Dr Katyal!

After having pain for 15 years and 4 surgical procedures, including 2 brain surgeries, with no relief in went to Dr. Katyal. He is the only doctor to actual give me any relief. In my opinion, based on actual experience, he is an outstanding doctor. If you are in pain go to Dr. Katyal, you will not find anyone better.

Dr. Katyal is an amazing doctor that truly cares for his patients and helping them to feel better. He did an awesome job with managing my pain.

After suffering for over a year with debilitating nerve pain due to spinal stenosis, Dr Katyal gave me a spinal injection and within three days my nerve pain was gone. By day five I was able to stop my nerve pain medicine completely.

Had pain in thigh for 9 years following knee replacement. No one else would address it. Dr. Katyal listened! He recommended both an injection in my spine and medication. Following his lead, I was pain'free in my thigh for the first time. He takes time to work with his patient and is available for questions.

He is very good at going over issues, and takes time to explain. He is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is office staff is extremely busy it seems and over worked at times (this is the dallas location). However, everyone has been really nice. I have not had to wait more than 20 mins to see the doctor the three times I have gone.

Dr. Katyal is amazingly kind and takes the time to listen and find the best plan for your needs. Both my husband and I are seen by Dr. Katyal for very different issues. My husband has suffered with trigeminal neuralgia for almost twenty years. Had two MVD surgeries, gamma knife, several balloon rhyzotomies, acupuncture, endless medications. No relief. The neurosurgeon at Southwestern referred husband to Dr. Katyal, who substantially relieved much of the pain in one treatment—an injection done outpatient. To say that our lives have changed is a huge understatement. For 19 years, I had to check before dinner, “can you chew tonight?” Now, his pain is so well controlled that he sleeps through the night and eats anything he wants. He will need new injections every 3-4 months but, hey, that is NOTHING compared with no swallowing, no blinking, no walking, etc. Dr. Katyal is a miracle worker. We call him Miracle Max, after the character in Princess Bride. I’m sure Katyal cannot revive the “mostly dead,” but this guy is, in our opinions, indeed a miracle worker. Oh! And we’ve sent two friends with bad nerve pain to him—both were helped, of course!

Suffering with back-pain for many years, Dr. Katyal has the experience and knowledge to treat and solve my back-pain. His staff is very understanding and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Katyal for any pain that you may have.

As usual, top notch! I love how Dr. Katyal take the time to listen to my concerns and actually come up with adequate and most of the time brilliant resolutions. I'll say it again, this is by far the BEST practice I have been to. Dr. Katyal cares about patients very much. He is very passionate, and responsible! He always asks questions and follow up after. He is very caring and make sure to give right medication. He highly educated with the Doctor degree from Cleveland Clinic in Pain Management.

Dr. Katyal is a wonderful pain specialist. He was successful in solving my issues with pain in my back and migraines. He was the only Doctor to implement solutions to fix the pain problems I was experiencing. He analyzed the issues, implemented a solution (which he explained thoroughly to me) and one that I was comfortable with. He is very caring, talented, and trustworthy. I am new to the Dallas area and finding Dr. Katyal was a pleasant and pain-LESS experience, as I am now pain free!!!
