Dr Patel was very attentive during my visit, concerned about the length of time I had been ill. He immediately began ordering tests to determine what was going on. When the results were available, Dr Patel phoned me personally to explain the results and offered a treatment plan going forward.

Good doctor when you can get an appointment.
Hard to comment on this visit since I wasn't able to get an appointment. In the past he has been a good doctor for my sleep disorder but recent attempts to get an appointment have gone unanswered. I tried leaving messages on their phone and sending messages through their portal, none of which were effective. Patients need doctors that will respond when they have medical issues. For that reason I have decided to find another doctor. When you can't even get an appointment the only grade you can give a doctor is one star.

Not the DR. but the assistant never calls back.
The doctor seems ok but the problem is you cannot get anyone to call you back when you need an answer to something important. His assistant never calls back. for example I called last Thursday morning at 10am and this is Sunday! I will call again in the morning. If you cannot get someone to call you back we may have to see another DR. I am not sure he realizes what a poor assistant he has about this.
