Dr. Summer Meinhardt, MD

Dr. Meinhardt took her time and addressed my concerns. She is very knowledgeable about hormones and was willing to work with me on my HRT. She is very personable, friendly, and professional and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Meinhardt was my OB physician through 3 miscarriage and the deliver of my healthy baby girl. I had previously been assigned by my healthcare system to a nurse midwife for my obstetrical care but then when I had my first miscarriage I was so fortunate to get an appointment instead with Dr. Meinhardt. She was so compassionate and thorough, ensuring the miscarriage had completed so I would be safe to try for another pregnancy. I asked something silly like if my caffeine intake might have increased risk for miscarriage. She put her hand on my shoulder, looked me straight in the eyes and said 'You did nothing to cause this.' This assurance meant the world to me as I had been worrying excessively that the miscarriage might have been my fault.
