Long wait time
Went in for bloodwork and wait time is ridiculous, the call and call to make sure you are going to be at the bloodwork appointment and make you wait in the waiting room for an hour. My mom is an elderly woman and she is sitting in the waiting room with people coughing and sick. Why make so many appointments for bloodwork at the same time!

Do not recommend at all
Charges for random fee without consent and horrible conversation manner. Does not return the calls/emails for over 6 months until you follow up on a weekly basis. No consensual relationship can be built with this money crazy practice. Learn to prioritize your patients as human and treat them wholeheartedly. The tests are done without proper diagnosis being informed.

Doesn't Care About You
I've gone to Dr. Lee's office about a handful of times and every time it seems like he cares less and less. Each visit was either an annual checkup and/or the follow up visit for the test results. The last time I had my blood withdrawn from his office I had the BIGGEST bruise in the middle of my arm that was the size of my palm and I had to cover it for over a week because of how bad it looked. I asked him about my thyroid and mentioned this problem runs heavily on my maternal side of the family and he barely scanned my chart and dismissed me. The staff (besides the people doing the bloodwork) is nice and seems to be doing the best they can.

I cannot speak for the doctor himself but his staff that answer the phones are incredibly rude- especially one of the male staff. I called for a simple request and they couldn't be bothered. Very curt in their responses and unhelpful. Left a bad taste in my mouth. The experience reflects poorly on his entire practice.

I had to wait over an hour prior to meeting the doctor. Once we were in session, he had a very condescending face the whole time and spoke in a quiet voice. I had to stand next to him just to make out what he was saying, which he didn't seem alarmed by at all. Overall, my health insurance led me to pay $90 for the visit. I wish this price was justified but it wasn't. I merely got my bp checked which I could've done myself at the nearest Walmart. I will not be doing business here in the future.

The office is like a factor. You have to wait at least 1 hour to see the doctor. Sometimes almost 2 hours at the office him. I find that to be unacceptable especially since we make appointments. What's the point of making appointment if the office is overbooking??!! Also you have to be on top of him since he doesn't really explain lab results and other important information with you. He seem to just rush off.

Dr. Lee is nice enough. When I first started with his practice, the wait time was reasonable and he spent time with me. Lately, the office culture is more clinic like. Even with a appointment the wait time can well exceed one hour and when you are not feeling well this can feel much longer. The staff does not communicate well on the phone so you are left unaware that the day has been triple booked. Sad
