Terrible
It has been about 7 years since I have seen Dr. Kim. I struggled whether to write this review as I consider myself a kind person. A kind person however would want to warn others. I was sick. Months and months of being sick. I must have been in his office every other week and this man dismissed me and even implied this must be in my head. Not once during this time did he listen to my lungs. The final time I went in my blood pressure was dangerously low and my pulse was dangerously high. Finally, after so many months, he said I needed to get to the hospital. I arrived at the hospital from sepsis due to untreated pneumonia. I was also diagnosed with Lupus from a rheumatologist which took months to get a referral. Why am I writing this now? I have had pneumonia again for about a week and doing very well because my doctor listened to me. No hospital needed. When I think about the months and months I walked around that sick, wow, it could have all been prevented.

Both my husband and I were patients here for 4 years and never had any billing/insurance issues and received great customer service. I just got a call from a collection company from a bill that was due back in 2016. The billing department Brighton uses confirmed my mail was returned and they called me when it was returned once (no reason this should have been returned back in the mail as we never moved) - but the voice message didn't say what the call was for. Not to mention, I went in multip

We as a family are so disappointed with you, Dr. Kim, in the direction that you have chosen to go with your practice. To ask your patients to give you $3200 per family above and beyond our regular visit prices in order to care for your patients is not providing the care that you promised and claim to care about. We are very disheartened that after staying with you through a challenging mis-diagnosis of cancer on the part of Vasso Anest, that we are forced to find another family Dr.
