She is kind, compassionate and listens to patients. She orders tests appropriately and tests with x rays, ultrasounds, referrals when needed. She is very skilled and proficient. I highly recommend her.

Very thorough and pleasant
I am a new patient as my former PCP has closed her practice. Dr Herrera accepted me as a new patient. Very thorough and pleasant. The entire office staff was extremely kind. Milady stands out as her medical assistant. I am very pleased to recommend this office.

Great physician
Listens to my health concerns and addresses them effectively and empathetically. She has excellent bedside manners. I have recommended her to my family members. Her Medical Assistants are a good part of the team.

She was thorough, a good listener and gave me feedback on several chronic conditions, giving me immediate strategies and also giving me hopeful future strategies if the problems persisted. She explained several medications and wrote up the bloodwork to be done after the entire visit.

My first appointment made me very uneasy. Not only did she not make eye contact or spend time reading my chart so she knew who I was. She was very quick to jump to the worst case scenario and did so in a very cold way. I am sure she is well qualified but needs to work on her bedside manner. This is very important especially for my first visit with her. Very disappointed. I hope things will improve.
